What is Papers, Please?
Papers, Please is a video game created by indie game developer Lucas Pope. It focuses on the emotional toll of working as an immigration officer, deciding whom to let in and whom to exclude from entering the fictional dystopian country of Arstotzka. The game is available on Microsoft Windows, OS X, Linux and the iPad.

I've just heard that it can, but just wondering how Potato of a PC it can handle.
Should I buy « Papers Please »? It seems like a really good game…
I just gave him the Ezic documents after he asked to let him know about anything regarding that group why am I arrested 😭
Will be a nice surprise, I think.
I really like the story of papers please, and the whole idea of finding incorrect information with consistently changing rules. I think its a game idea that should be inspected more.
i know that there are lots of people who pronounce Arstotzka differently, but how does Lucas Pope pronounce it?
to me, it seems like how the creator says it, that's how it's cannonacily said. also please give me a source
is there a lore reason? if not, and it's just a game being a game that's one thing.
but for me I felt like I gave it my own reasoning.
in Artotska, the government really knows who should be allowed and who shouldn't be allowed. their surveillance is invasive and no one has privacy. They give someone a menial job as a toll worker to not only keep them occupied for the day (so they can't drift away from the government regime and think for themselves or otherwise) and it also keeps them dependent on the job, again making sure they rely on the government and that they don't stray too far away from the government's regime or else they'd lose their job and be locked up as what happens in the "death screens".
that's just my idea but does anyone else know if there's a reason in the lore? or is it just the game being a game? I'm only a few days in so there may or may not be an explanation which is why I requested no spoilers. Thanks
Please Mr beast help the people of trinidad🇹🇹
Preferably without having to purchase the game again lol
I SWEAR I WAS BEING A LOYAL ARSTOTZKAN CITIZEN. I LOVE MY COUNTRY AND WOULD NEVER CONSPIRE AGAINST IT, GLORY TO ARTSOTSKA!
