Is there an Amazon warehouse in Palmdale or Lancaster? I’ve been trying to find a job for months and haven’t had any luck.

I just had some strange group of men (although only one really did the talking) knock on our door trying to say some cops were out cause our neighbors are playing robbers and whatnot and I think he was trying to sell a service? Or maybe a camera? He wasn't really very clear but he tried to come in the home to show how the set up would be but I was like no, it's not happening tonight. They plan to return tomorrow and I just need to know if anyone's ever interacted with something similar and how guarded should we be?

I have already downloaded and viewed zoning maps and land use maps from the City Of Palmdale website. But is there any other way to make sure what you can do in the land?
I'm a foreigner and living in a third world poor country atm. I plan to move to Palmdale and probably live there for the rest of my life.
And the reason I choose palmdale is that it is cheaper than LA. But I also LOVE it. The deserty theme and the lack of tall buildings and lower density of people is what I dig. It looks like a peaceful quiet place.

I've already started checking lands on Redfin website. Is there any other sites worth taking a look? I cannot afford a full house. So I plan to buy a piece of empty land first and then build from there.

What I'm looking for is multi-use lands where I can both live and maybe open a small retail shop or rent a business so I can have a liveable passive income before i can apply for a job.

Hi everyone, a relative of mine was last seen on October 8th 2024. His name is Gerardo "Jerry" Araiza. He is 21 years old, about 5'8, 170 lbs, and of hispanic origin. I want to go shooting in the hiking trail behind Alta Dena and I’m not sure if I’m going to get the cops called on us. I’ve seen shotgun shells and bullets scattered around the area but if other people have done it recently please let me know

Question, why I keep rejected from these two companies? For the past 3-4 years I’ve applied over 50 applications and all of them get rejected, not even interview. I have experience as an area manager at Amazon for 3 years, I worked in the City for over year and have a bachelor degree. Many of the jobs I’ve seen matches my experience. I have met people randomly who work there but they only say “just apply” haha. Anyone knows the secret to get at least an interview or something? I couldn’t get hold of any recruiter. I’m also a U.S. citizen but I don’t have security clearance

As the question suggests, I am enquiring about the best place in the AV to receive lessons/instruction for Piano and voice. I have tried to research myself and found multiple places with good reviews so I am hoping for some advice from people who either, have first-hand accounts and experiences, or have some information relevant to my question.
