I brought home a single pilea a couple weeks ago, decided to repot and now I have 6! From left to right there’s 1, 2, and 3 plants. My concern is they all have healthy roots but none have a lot of roots. Will the plants in the larger pots do okay or do they need less space?
any ideas on why my chinese money plant is dropping? it’s still growing and hasn’t dropped a leaf in a while but it looks SO sad!! is it time for a bigger pot??
Pilea roots (and potential pup) are pushing out through the bottom of the pot. I want to keep the pups with the mother plant. Should I repot in larger pot right now or wait until the current pups are bigger? I've noticed the pups are growing much slower than the first pup and not sure if that's because it needs to be repotted or just because there are so many growing at the same time. Thank you!
I just got Wonka yesterday; It's been going thru some environmental shock but hoping it will spruce up in no time; any tips for a first time owner?.
I don’t know how to get them to grow. They were rootbound in smaller pots for 9 months? And I repotted them in September. They haven’t grown hardly at all & no pups. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. They get indirect light (I live in the PNW so it’s not great) and I water when the soil is dry.
Any ideas for what's going on with the changing leaves? It was under a vent here. I moved it's location to a different spot to see if that helps 🤷♀️ also, I've been watering my plants from the bottom up, does anyone else do that? 😬
I know she needs a good dusting but otherwise what can I do to rehab and make this pilea happy again? I moved around 10 months ago and left this plant behind for my mom, it's lost a lot of its lower leaves (I think it's probably been underwatered and also didn't have the best lighting) I want to do a full repot to refresh the soil but it's still pretty cold in my area so I don't want to send it into shock. It's currently between a south and west facing window
I've had her for almost a year and it's winter here now and she's lost all her bottom leaves this is a pic when she first started loosing them she was very much full and happy sitting in my big picture window in the summer. I just don't know why she keeps loosing leaves.
It was doing so well then started dropped all the stems 😭 This is my first time owning one, what am I doing wrong?
