Coming over from the UK to do a 2 week trip around Oregon and Washington in May, where are the key places to go? We're currently looking at Seattle, Port Angeles & Forks (Olympic NP), Astoria, Cannon Beach, Silver Falls, Columbia River Gorge. Is it worth working in the San Juan Islands or Victoria?

Help me find the name of this bar please! My friend and I took a road trip through Oregon & Seattle in 2018. We stopped at a underground or downstairs bar. You had to wait outside to go downstairs to be seated. You walk in, pass a guy making sushi in small room and walk downstairs to the dark bar. ?
