I feel like I should be in a higher rank then I am, Right now I am stuck in 1900-2100. It's chaos, people running sporadically, no coordination, no nothing. I know as one of 6 I am to blame but I don't understand, I can see all the errors we as a team make but no idea how to improve. I always play healer or tank. Is this normal to be stuck here? Is there something big I am missing? Should I meet other players to play with? I always solo queue

I play all hit scans, Mcree,Soldier,Widow,Tracer,Dva,Zarya, and not hit scan Zen and Brig. I have been mostly been playing based on situation,map and team comp. Some games I do good and I know my role in the game and I do good. Sometimes I win sometimes I lose. Other times I just lose. We get rolled, Don't know why. It's so bad. How do I learned from these defeats. my winrate is 54%.

Hello there!

I'm here looking for a head coach for one of our teams: Team Detox.

At this point, we've been playing together as a team for almost two months, although we recently had to look for two new team members since the previous ones didn't really find what they were looking for with us.

So, what're we looking for in a coach? Honestly, we're not really in a place to make demands, cause we're not providing any salaries, but:

• You should have an interest in e-sports coaching

• Strong knowledge of the game. (Preferably higher rank than us, but not a must)

• Good social skills (You should know the difference between coaching and just providing plain feedback)

Quick note on our practice times (All times are CET):

• Monday 19:00 -> 21:00 (Review day. We're looking at replays etc.)

• Wednesday 19:30 -> 21:30 (Regular practice day)

• Friday 19:30 -> 21:30 (Regular practice day)

• Sunday 19:30 -> 21:30(Scrim against sibling team)

Hey everyone. So I’ve been having trouble finding a hero I’m good at. I had a nice period I was great with McCree. Consistently getting golds and playing the objective (controlling the high ground around it at least) was getting 48-53 accuracy. But then it’s like I woke up one morning and couldn’t play him to save my life. I tried tracer soldier and widow who I was fairly comfortable with and found similar problems. I adjusted sensitivity and reticles but nothing. I started flexing and playing mercy and I just could not for the life of me have a decent game. I kept dying, I couldn’t hit shots I know I can usually hit, I couldn’t even stay on point. I’m just looking for suggestions on easier heroes to try to try to get me back to my bad ass McCree streak and on to more intricate heroes like genji

Any tips for learning m/kb? Just switched over from console and not having joysticks is the strangest feeling ever lol. Been spending a lot of time playing against AI and in the practice range but still struggle with the WASD controls. Also any tips for accuracy is welcome. Mouse dpi is set to 800 (the lowest it can go) and in game sensitivity is 7-9 depending on the hero but I still feel like a little mouse flick results in a huge turn. Thanks in advance!
