I don't receive notification if my app outlook in Windows 11 is closed. Do you have my same problem? Pls help me

When replying to emails in Outlook, is there a way to have all the font changed, in the entire thread, to a specific font type and format? I want all email formatting to be consistent.

I usually use Microsoft suite for work and am quite familiar with the interface.

I was sent a scheduling email to my gmail account and tried to vote on it, but it required me to sign in. So I made a personal outlook account to vote as I cannot use my work email for this. I still cannot find the poll for some reason and am wondering if I did something wrong or I'm looking in the wrong place. I tried checking my inbox, and looking through other apps but do not see anything. Can anyone help troubleshoot?

i cannot turn off the keyboard shortcuts. up until a couple of days ago, i could use the shortcuts i created in FastKeys. but now when i try to use one in Outlook, the response is that of Outlook's shortcut. i do not like this and have tried to try it off using the Accessibility Settings. what changed and how can this be fixed? it is not practical.

Having a strange issue with backing up an exchange account by exporting data from Outlook. On my desktop computer (Windows 10), it actually works fine. I can go to File/Import-Export/export to file/pst then select the root folder of my exchange account and select include subfolders and it seems to export the entire contents to a .pst file.

However, when I attempt to do the same thing on my laptop (Windows 11), using Outlook on the same exchange account, it first opens about 11 appointments from early 2023 as email messages with attachments, then proceeds to start exporting, but doesn't seem to complete the export (based on significantly smaller file size).

Anyone know what might be happening here?

This is on my work computer, but I have admin privileges. These links get really out of hand with how long they are, especially if someone links multiple in succession. I pored through the settings but didn't see any way to get them to not turn into these long links. Is there any way to prevent it, possibly just for safe senders list?

My outlook was hacked last month and a lot of my accounts connected to it were stolen. My phone received no texts, and the other account required to get in had no successful logins, so I'm wondering if there was some sort of data breach or hack or something? I thought maybe it really was just me not securing my account well, but it seems there's a lot of people that have very recently had the exact same situation as me.

Of course I've fixed everything now (mostly) but I was just wondering if anyone else here had a similar experience, or if anyone knows anything about this, because I googled it and nothing came up, despite that I see a lot of people had the exact same thing at the exact same timeframe.

Hey there. My old man is have been having this issue for about 3 weeks. The message he gets when sending an email via mobile is " an error occured, your message failed because your outlook.com account is suspended. Before you can send this message you need to verify your outlook.com account to do so tap verify account button below" He has had this account for over 3 years and only gets this notification when sending an email via mobile. No issues on desktop. When I hit the verify account button it brings me to the basic Microsoft account page. No direction to verify account or anything. Looking for some direction so my old man stops driving me crazy. TIA

I have 2 accounts synced to Outlook , and I’m just using the new Outlook for the first time and I have to say I really hate it. My list of emails that just a few days ago were visible and sortable and very intuitive in the way that they were organized are now gone. Help why is this happened and how can I get to view them permanently? When I click “see all emails.” They are appearing in a very confusing order and doesn’t seem sortable. I’m seeing emails from last year in with emails from last week. Nothing is making sense. The information on the Microsoft site is not helping me at all.

EDIT: this may be due to the recall message arriving before the recalled message, when the recalled message includes an attachment- now I've confused myself.

Twice in the last month, the following has happened:

• I have opened my work inbox on the New Outlook
• There is an email that says "[Person from another organization] would like to recall the message, [subject line]"
• I search for "[subject line]" (I know 🙈) and can't find the recalled message.

Microsoft insists "Message recall is available after you select Send and is available only if both you and the recipient have a Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Exchange email account in the same organization." But I think that's no longer true.

Has anyone else experienced this?

How do I change my email password on the Outlook Mail Desktop App????

As a company, we primarily use Outlook (Classic).

We grant users who need access to other users mailboxes Full Access via EAC which allows them to view the other person's inbox and folders however does not grant access to view Private items (in Outlook Classic) as this has to be done through delegate settings.

We have been made aware that if a user goes in to Outlook Web App and looks at the same inbox they can now see any emails that have been marked as Private, Confidential or Encrypted.

Is there anyway that we can block this in OWA or is there another method that we should be using to grant the mailbox access between users?

I started a new job a month ago and I deal with various emails, each one has it's own Junk folder. I've clicked on the junk email options and enabled the high level, and i block sender every spam email we get. I also clicked on permanently delete junk email instead of moving it to the junk folder but

1. we still receive emails from the addresses that are blocked
2. junk email still goes to junk folder, there's been 0 improvement since applying the "permanently delete" option

i waste 1h a day just blocking and deleting emails, why are the options not working correctly? i want to add that me and other 3 people can access these 3 junk folders, should the junk options be the same on all 4 outlooks for them to work?? please i hope not these 3 are some old ass people lmao

A pickle my friend found himself in in a new job:

They recieve emails constantly and need the number of recieved emails from 15:00 to 15:00 the next day.

The lady who retired from the job made tally marks on paper and counted them.

Emails aren't saved and, once processed, disappear automatically from the file.

TL;DR Emails come and go from outlook file. How many did arrive in the past 24 hours? PC is locked with no outside programs or admin powers.

I want to send an email to 50 recipients, without using BCC or CC because it will be flagged as spam. Is there a function in outlook to do this or do I have to send the email one by one.

Hello All, I have a google email which i used to access from Microsoft outlook desktop sometimes and other time from gmail on web , i notic when all the invitation received from other people synced successfully on both outlook and google calendar except the invitation i created myself using outlook not showing in google calendar any solution?

up until days ago, i was able to use my shortcuts created in FastKeys when i was using Outlook 365. now if i enter the key combination i do not get the text i expect, i get something about a group or it goes to something about drawing. i want to disable Outlook's shortcuts so i can go back to using my FastKeys shortcuts, which i use a lot. i have tried searching on Google but i'm not finding anything that works. has Outlook been changed recently? this is a big problem!!

A few weeks ago, I received a recovery notice stating that someone had tried to log into my account multiple times with the wrong password. As a result, Outlook required me to verify my account, but I’ve run into several issues: 1. I changed my phone number over a year ago and can’t receive the verification code. 2. My email address is blocked, so I can’t receive the verification code there either. 3. I’ve submitted the recovery forms multiple times, but all were denied. I rarely use this email to send anything, and even when I have, I can’t remember the exact email addresses or subjects. How can I possibly provide such information to recover my account?

Does anyone know of another way to recover the account or a contact number where I can speak with an agent? My immigration application, OneDrive, and other critical information are tied to this email, and I’m at my wit’s end. …

I am no longer seeing badge notifications on iOS or iPadOS versions 4.2445.2 of Outlook. Latest iOS on each device.

Hello, this has been bothering me for the past couple of days.

In old Outlook I was able to accept meetings with the drop down list "Edit the response before sending", "send the response now" and "do not send a response".

But in new outlook all I have is accept and no drop down list appears.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Two of my accounts have been hacked into and he has barred me from getting back in to either.

I have tried to use the account recovery form, as I actually do have the details of a lot of recent emails, but was told that Microsoft never recovers accounts with two factor authenticated accounts - but he's changed the email for the TFA to his own!!

I really need to either get access back ASAP as I have a lot of personal info in those inboxes OR I need these accounts deleted ASAP. I dont care if I lose all of it as long as he does not have access!

My email looks like this with its folders:

I want to be able to list all emails from these several folders when i want see. and its possible with search folder. But somehow search folder is working slow and laggy.

And if im not wrong, when i was using outlook before, I could see all emails by clicking on my email address(mymail@mail.com in this context). But now it just opens calendar and 2 more windows.

Any suggestion?

Is there a way for me to pin the "My Day" pane so that it always shows by default when I launch Outlook? Since I updated, the only thing I have figured out is to select View -> My Day -> Show every time I launch the app.

Years ago at an old workplace we had an outlook add in that would prompt to convert word and excel attachments to PDF before sending.

This saved us having to print to PDF and attach.

I have asked our IT team at new workplace and they say they don't know of this.

Seems like a simple add in to me.

Any help with how to do this greatly appreciated.

My outlook ios (Ver. 4.2445.2) stopped sending me notifications for my gmail account since Saturday afternoon. My outlook mail account sends push notifications regularly.

I checked that the notifications are turned on inside the app and inside ios. I deleted and reinstalled the app but nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help me?
