Once upon a time I attended a black tie event every year. That was about a decade and seventy five pounds ago lol I’ve searched thrift and retail stores all over my town and this is the only thing I’ve found. It was cheap at twenty five bucks so I grabbed it but I’ll be checking the next town over tomorrow. Ideally I’d like something in a deep wine or navy. My question is, are this style and color appropriate for a black tie dinner with a historical society? I obviously won’t be pairing with brown platform sandals and I’ll likely borrow my grandmother’s black mink stole which should dress this green dress up a little bit. I just need a little feedback and my husband is completely useless in this department 😂
