They did not take it to any property holding site at the jail. I know because I’ve called all of the potential parish and district jails in New Orleans.
Fiancé said that the cop said he would like the bike up at the location he was arrested. I’ve been there to look and it’s not there. Assuming it was left unlocked and since stolen. (They did not take the key from fiancée to my very heavy chain metal lock- so how did they lock it up?)
Do I have any property rights with this? Is the cop at fault? He was responsible for “impounding it” personal property, wasn’t he?
I don’t know what to do here. Please offer any advice!
The State Department released more then 500 emails. 64 of those emails contained classified information. In those 64 that contained classified information was "These documents were not marked classified at the time they were sent." John Kirby said.
"We can confirm that later today, as part of our monthly FOIA productions productions of former Secretary Clinton's emails, the State Department will be denying in full seven email chains, found in 22 documents representing 37 pages. The documents are being upgraded at the request of the intelligence community because they contain a category of top secret information," State Department spokesman John Kirby said.
Last night I went to the rally of Jeb Bush. It was pretty good for the most part but I don't think I could vote for him. I just don't have enough confidence in him to vote for him.
