Rules
Rule 1
This sub is for all animals! Dogs, cats, turtles, etc. - as long as they are "old", they are allowed. And of course, gender is not an issue. (Minimum age for dogs is 6, and cats is 10). No pictures of pets after their final moments.
Rule 2
Your submission must include the Old Animal's name & age. Include any other fun details too!
Rule 3
X-posting is allowed, reposting is not. If it's not your own original content, try to get permission from the owner or give credit where it's due.
Rule 4
As usual, reddit-wide rules also apply, and don't forget to follow the reddiquette. Also, let's just be civil here. This is meant to be a positive, supportive sub.
Rule 5
No offers of donations/wishlists unless to a Registered Pet Foundation. Since things on the internet can't always be proven, we will not allow requests or offers of donations (monetary or otherwise), unless it's to a registered, actual, verifiable Animal Foundation. This includes even mentions of wish lists or links to GoFundMe.

My sweet old man has to have a stuffie in his mouth whenever we leave the house. He needed a bath after an encounter with Mr Skunk and decided Possum was the one to help him through the ordeal.

Happy 18th Birthday to Loupy!
My handsome boy turns 18 this month. I made this video to celebrate him and I am so happy with the way it turned out. I personally think this is the cutest little video ever and I can’t stop watching it. Just wanted to share in case it can make someone else smile too. 🥲🥹❤️🎂

Just discovered this amazing Mojo (19.5) selfie. He’s always making me smile and by my side when recovering and I need it most.
I’m scrolling thru Mojo pics as I recover from surgery. He’s by side in bed of course. I came across this amazing selfie that the he most definitely 100% took - that I don’t ever remember seeing. It made me laugh.
