I accidentally left my net at Stanley Draper tonight, Dec. 5th, it had served me well. I have already ordered its exact replacement since I live too far away to retrieve it in a reasonable time frame, so if you need a good net please grab it. It is along the shore that can be reached hiking the wild trail behind the kids big playground toy. It is a blue folding net that is lined to protect fish.
I am a fisherman who lives in downtown OKC who wants to go bullfrog gigging. Do y’all know if any public lakes nearby with a good population (Arcadia, Thunderbird, American horse, ft. Cobb overhulser or any others)?
Does anyone know where to find warmouth?
Are there any clear water lakes in Okc that are not heavily pressure and would be good for fishing for large mouth? I know I’m asking for a unicorn here but….never hurts to ask?

I'm taking my dad on a fishing trip for his 63rd birthday in a couple months (July 22nd).
Neither of us have fished since I was like 10 years old (I'm 40 now, so a long time lol). He's a "minnow and bobber" type fisher, and I'm sure he'll do fine.
We're going for 4 days to Foss Lake in Oklahoma that's sand bass, striped bass, catfish, crappie and walleye.
My plan was to have two poles: one for a bobber and maybe stink bait to catch catfish, or maybe minnows to catch (bass? i don't know what minnows are for lol), and the other pole I was planning on using a lure to catch bass. I figured one pole can sit there and I just watch the bobber, and the other I can cast over and over so I don't get bored haha.
Does this sound like a good plan? What kind of lure should I use? Or bait?
