I need a nose cover for the Quest 3 because when I use it there is a lot of light coming through the nose area and its kinda distracting and I don't like it. Every light blocker I see is for the Quest pro or the sides of the quest 3 but none for the nose. I can 3D print something if files exist.
Anybody here play the full version of Day of Heros? The demo was pretty good but I cannot find any info on the full release. Just wondering what people think of it.
I’m looking into the KKCOBVR and think I’m going to get that as the battery replacement allows more gaming then other head straps (Ik about the buzzing). And the Halo Strap feature. I’m curious though when someone plays an action game and has to move their head a lot (ex. Pop 1, Bonelab, etc.), does the headstrap wiggle or anything that makes playing those games irritating?
I dont know if this was an update, but one day when i was downloading mods for blade and sorcery nomad, i went to my app library to use amaze file explorer to rename the file names, but i found out that the "Unknown sources" section was gone. I tried many ways to download amaze file explorer back, from sidequest, to sidequest on the headset, to downloading it manually on my headset's browser, but nothing worked. It appeared as an .apk and i couldnt open in, and the built in files application wouldnt let me rename it. I have debug mode and unknown sources activated, and yet nothing worked. I have tried mobile vr station, but it just sends me to an 11 minute video which didnt even help in the end. Does anyone have an answer to this, or a better place to ask for help? All i just want to do is rename some files from .zip to .ogg .
I’ve been seeing the green specs on my quest lenses lately but they aren’t smudges. Tried googling and didn’t find much info.
Seemless multitasking is turned off, but I absolutely HATE how my Oculus 3 constantly opens new windows EVERY time I click on something.
Is there any workaround or any fix people have found?
Looking for something cheap and left hand compatible. Any suggestions?
Despite the fact that I had automatic updates disabled in the settings, when I turned on my Quest this morning, it automatically updated to version 71, which I hate. I immediately blocked all Meta domains in my DNS, and I do not intend to re-enable them. How do I get back to the usable version 69? I have tried the sideload method, but it doesn't seem to working. Also of interest: I had Meta AI disabled in the settings, but now that I have all Meta domains disabled in the DNS, the Quest seems mad that it can't access this "AI". Why would it need to query the AI if it's disabled?
With family visiting for the holidays. What’s some good stuff to show it off? Bonus if multiple people can be involved at the same time. Only thing I know of like that is Keep talking and no one explodes.
Hi all,
I love using the Oculus killer app as it frees up 1.5-2GB of VRAM and runs better in general with SteamVR. It works fine with all my SteamVR games but sadly trying to play Asgard's Wrath via the Revive app in SteamVR it fails with "Entitlement Check Failure". I have tried all of the recommended fixes for this such as starting Steam as Admin, restarting everything but still no luck. Removing Oculus killer and restoring the standard Meta app exe allows me to play, with the usual many game breaking Oculus dashboard issues.
Is it even possible to play Asgard's Wrath with Oculus killer installed? Has anyone managed this?
I guess the only other alternative if not is to purchase Virtual Desktop. I was going to but it hasn't been on sale for ages.
Thanks all

So my daughter is playing Waltz of the wizard on an Oculus Quest 2, and the game is super dark and hard to see, not much for setting in the game, and we see on Youtube people playing it nice and bright also on the quest 2. How can I brighten this game up?
hi, does anyone know where to find/is there/is anyone making a mod that allows multiplayer between modded and unmodded clients on beat saber?
Hi everyone. I'm looking for some suggestions of a good fiber cable that doesn't cost a fortune like the official Facebook/Meta cable that retails for $80.
Thanks!
I have checked some boxing games but i always find them boring no matter the music, does anyone know if there's any app that supports web browser so that i can open youtube and watch my playlists?
The new Windows/Remote Desktop update feels amazing, curious to see how much different VD is.
Has this happened to anyone else? I've played BeatSaber and really only that, for four years. Every other game makes me extremely motion sick, but bs never does because I am not moving. I just played after not playing for months, and got so sick I genuinely almost just hurled on my floor. Why is it now, after so long, making me sick??
Simply put, I can no longer ignore these micro stutters every good 5 - 10 seconds, where it goes from a smooth 90 frames to exactly 87.2 and back to 90. It looks like a slight chop in the moment it happens, especially if I was moving something around with my hands.
I don't know what is causing it, I have tried everything online from other people that might have been experiencing the same thing, such as
-Setting OVRServer_x64.exe priority to high, setting game I am playing to high
-Running nothing in the background except Oculus and the game
-Lowering bitrate and any settings that might be affecting performance with debug tool
-Reinstalling oculus
-Changing any setting in radeon adrenaline that might have been causing such micro stutters
I am using a quest 3 with a kiwi design link cable
Specs: R7 7700, 32gb ddr5 6000mhz, rx 6800xt
My kid is playing I Am Cat and there’s a constant beeping/alarm sound driving me crazy. Is it the watch on the cat or something?
ive been using steam link with no issues for 6 months and now my controllers dont get detected, (they work fine on the headset just not steam link) ive tried restarting my quest 2, my pc, i verified the steam vr files, reinstalled steam vr and steam link. anyone got a solution?
I say it's stick drift, but it's kind of not. I've had this problem repeatedly but still can never remember how to fix it.
I was playing blade and sorcery, and I took of my oculus, and left it on the ground for like 5 minutes while I went to take a pee. When I can back, my left Oculus controller had a problem in which any time I point the joystick left, and let go of it, the oculus continues to register as if the joystick was never back in the middle.
Those who have heard of it, or had a similar problem know exactly what I'm talking about, if youve never heard/had it before, then this whole sentence looks like horse shit because there's really no other way to explain it.
Anyone got fixes? I've tried for like 30 minutes, and just decided to bring it to reddit.
Hey everyone,
I have been running into issues where I can't have my mic on during a call and while playing a game.. I realized this after I updated to the latest software. I don't have the option to select "everyone" and only between the app and the call.
Has anyone run into this issue while playing?
My left controller isn't being tracked as normal, like when i blocked my left controller from my headset view with the right controller, it tracked it really badly, so i bought another one thinking it was the trackers in the controller that were damaged, but it doesn't seems like it cause it still does the same, I want to know if its fixable before buying another quest.
As the title says, my brand new quest 3 is not charging when i use it. It is charging normaly when it is in sleep mode but as soon as i put it on the orange light what indicates that the headset is charging turns off.
Is anyone else having the same issue?
Hi, recently got back into PCVR, bought a Kiwi Design Link cable (the one that comes with a strap) and it still feels pretty weird. It's like using AirLink just without the constant glitching and frame drops. And im still pretty paranoid to do any quick movements out of fear that that I'll snap the cable or break the port. Any tips?
So I have a quest 3 that I’ve had for a long time and I only have a little bit of games and I was wondering if anyone could recommend me some good games that don’t need the usage of a PC cause I don’t have one nor the space nor the funds for one so what are good games for the quest 3 on itself
Is this a stupid question? Would a halogen heater be able to create sun spots in a quest 2? It's very bright and if you look at it, the light remains in your vision just like with the sun.
