Curious about the riding around the hills at mt magazine- looks likes there’s decent elevation out there. Anyone ever get DH trails running out there?
I like to jump...bigger the better. In Bentonville for the week. Good here w all the fun stuff. Is PP worth the trip Leatherwood last yr was awesome. Did the huge trail gap drop. Anything else really worth the trip within 2 hours of Bentonville? Better then passion Play? Gravity w flow like stuff at Huntley and The Castle are my type.
Looking for elbow and knee pad recommendations that balance protection, mobility and breathability, and don't slip during a crash. I got some basic fox knee pads but they are super tight on my thighs and restricting from a mobility standpoint. Thanks in advance!
I’m coming to town for the first time in a while. I’ll have my enduro bike with me for all the fun stuff I want to hit, but I need to do a long training ride while I’m there. Was wondering if the back 40 is rideable on a gravel bike. Thinking about riding out of town, doing the outer loop, then wandering my way back south. I’m pretty capable with it on technical singletrack, but in all my visits I’ve not made it to those trails so my knowledge is limited. Don’t want to get too far out and have to hike a ton.
I started mtb last year after moving to nwa. Now that I've built up my core skills, I've become addicted to the fun intermediate flowy jump lines like Fireline at Coler North and Medevil at the Castle. What are some other jump lines I need to add to my rotation? Thanks!
Fire Line, Thunderdome, and Family Flow
Outing three...
That is what I aim to find out.
Decided to video the experience. I know my videography and editing are horrible but I'll get better.
Here is our second outing...

Fun line to session. Some flow, chunk, berms and a few jumps. Little bit of everything.
I am a 5’1” male and I am thinking about getting a mountain bike, what size should I get?
Trip planned in April. We are average skilled MTB riders. Love the flow. Stick to largely intermediate trails some black (but not super technical). Best places to ride for our skill set?
I ride predominant on the Bella Vista trails but also do spend time at other spots in NWA. I'm curious what you're riding.
I'm scoping out an Orbea Occam right now. Currently on a Trek Roscoe hardtail.

This summer, cyclist Payson McElveen traveled to the Mountain Biking Capital of the World™ to ride all its trails in one day. A part of his YouTube channel, Payson and his team filmed Trail Town: Bentonville, in which they checked out the various OZ Trails systems that both Bentonville and Bella Vista have to offer.
There are more than 140 miles of mountain biking trails in Bentonville and Bella Vista, Arkansas, with miles being added every week. To tackle every trail in one day took months of preparations for Payson. In 2019, Payson accomplished riding all of Durango, Colorado’s mountain biking trails in one day.
Payson invites ambitious cyclists to ride all of Bentonville and Bella Vista’s trails on their own time. While you are more than welcome to, you do not have to complete the course all in one day.
At the end of the year, two winners will be selected to take home a $1,500 shopping spree at Osprey Packs, a three-year supply of Orange Seal tire sealant, a Smith Trace helmet and Shift Mag glasses, Hammerhead Karoo 2 bike computer, GU Energy ride food, and a $100 gift card to The HUB Bike Lounge in Bentonville, Arkansas.
