My wife and I just moved to Warner and are looking for some folks to play some games. We play all kinds of board games and would be thrilled to play some in person RPGs.
Hello everyone I'm A 22 year old female who loves mobile games! Love trying new games I'm into a variety of types of mobile games. Looking for some mobile gamer friends to potentially play some games with!
I got super excited to see a group for gamers in Oklahoma with so many members but super bummed it's pretty quiet in here. Is anyone still around? Would love to meet some folks and make some new friends <3
Hello! I am a GM, looking for 1-2 Additional Players to meet at my home in Tulsa once a week to roll some dice and have some fun for a few hours on Saturday Late Afternoons, 3-6PM CST or to a natural stopping point. There's been a few times we've gone to 4 full hours, but those are rare.
We currently have a Party of 4, but due to scheduling conflicts, we drop to 3 Players from time to time. This is why we have room for more players. The players are currently around Level 4, so you will be able to start at Level 4.
I have several books that we are currently using, with some players having purchased books, which expanded the spell roster for the casters and weapons for the martial fighters.
The current books we are using are:
Core Rulebook
Advanced Player's Guide
Advanced Race Guide
Pathfinder Unchained (To update Rogue, Barbarian, Monk, and Summoner Classes)
Horror Adventures
Ultimate Magic
Ultimate Wilderness
As long as we have the book on hand, and if it is published by Paizo, you are more then welcome to pull from.
One important thing to note is that I've made the ruleset a little simpler. Main points are Cover Rules and Death Saves are taken from DnD 5E, as well as you can move before and after an attack, as long as you have the movement left. CMB/CMD have been removed from Pathfinder and replaced with Opposed Ability/Skill Checks. Not to mention, I have modified one of Pathfinder's alternative ruleset for reduced/combined Skills to greatly benefit the players and the enemies (muhahaha!). All of this has greatly sped up both combat, social encounters, and for ease of play, while making it easier to remember as well.
If you're interested, reply or send me a PM, and we can get together to help build your character.
TLDR: Looking for 1-2 Players for Pathfinder Campaign on Saturday Late Afternoons, 3-6PM. Ruleset is based on the Black Fang's Dungeon from the Beginner Box, and scaled up with both D&D 5E and Pathfinder rules and skills.
Sоmе оf videоs arе related tо r/OKgamers/, some skills arе reаlly usеful, some of thеm just for fun, but I know friends оf minе that hаve wаtchеd his videоs in thе last cоuplе оf weеks and it hаs mаdе а reаl pоsitivе differеnсе to thеir life. looking for felow gamers in OK, but wondering if this is active or not
During this pandemic I find myself gaming far more than usual. Would like to find some local gamers to link up with and get some Warzone games in. Been playing FPS all my life so prefer people that know what they’re doing. Send me a DM if interested. Thanks!
Anyone in the Oklahoma area who plays Dota 2? Up for playing some games with anyone.
I've been playing Eve for almost a year. I've fallen in with a group of Germans/Swiss/Austrians since those 4 years of high school German are still in my head, somehow. Unfortunately those guys & gals are generally signing off when I'm signing on except on the weekends when I just play after lunch.
Also, my son (11) has found D&D through his group of friends and we recently discovered Top Deck Games in Tulsa! Are there any organized resources for kids his age?
Thanks in advance.
Anyone in here get on Pavlov or any quest platforms? Looking for co-op partners.
Just trying to find a group that maybe rotates locations and plays a variety of board/table top games. Anything like this?
Hey! I am about to be moved into Tulsa on December 1st! I have been a part of a small smash league in California for a while. I've got 6 controllers and all the smash stuff if anyone wants to have a weekly or bi-weekly smash night. Let me know! Locations/controllers/any contribution. LETS DO THIS TULSA!!
I was thinking of having a cod MW (2019) tourney in OKC for free. It would be on console sometime in December or January. What do you guys think?
Cactus Jacks or whatever they are calling it these day 10th and Counsel. $5 venue fee(waived if you bring PS3 and monitor) $10 per tournament entered. This is on PS3 to get ready for EVO.
We are a very small group of players and we are looking to expand to play some EDH games. As it is now, we have been playing at my house for a few months. Definitely willing to travel, but we have to work around schedules.
Hello OKGamers reddit! I will be hosting an event for the Extra Life gaming marathon on November 2nd as a part of team reddit, and I want you to be there. You can see what the event is all about right here: http://www.extra-life.org
The Event
We'll be playing board games and video games from 12pm on Saturday until 1pm Sunday, as well as giving away 6 games thoughtfully donated by AEG and Stronghold Games to anyone who attends and donates. (via raffle)
The event is located in North Edmond. (Near Santa Fe and Coffee Creek) You can find the details/location at the facebook event page here: https://www.facebook.com/events/465144996907353/ or if you don't use facebook, just send me a private message or reply to this post and I'll send you the details.
The Games
I've got a collection of nearly 90 boardgames to play, and anyone is welcome to bring their own games as well. (See my boardgamegeek collection here: http://goo.gl/fk2bx) We will also have PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii (working on getting a Wii U) set up, and a projector wall setup for playing NES, SNES, Genesis, PS1, N64, etc.
There will be lots of opportunity to play some social games, such as Ultimate Werewolf, 2 Rooms and a Boom, and Resistance, and this is the perfect opportunity to pull out that dusty box of Twilight Emperium!
The Charity
All of the donations go to the Children's Hospital Foundation (http://okchf.org/), a local non-profit here in Oklahoma dedicated to the funding of pediatric research as well as pediatric care for Oklahoma's children. You can check out this event's own fundraising page here if you'd like to make a donation: http://www.extra-life.org/index.cfm?fuseaction=donordrive.participant&participantID=46791
Last year we raised over 300 dollars, and this year we want to raise 500 or more. I also want to get attendance up as much as possible, and get people interested in attending next year. I would love to build this event into a mini gaming convention for Oklahomans.
The Giveaway
Currently we've received boardgames from both AEG and Stronghold Games to give away. They are:
Little Devils and Crazy Creatures of Doctor Gloom both from Stronghold Games
Pressure Grid Nightfall Straw and Dominare all from AEG
Any donations made on the site and in person will go towards raffle tickets for our giveaway. You can donate more for extra tickets, which you can put towards different games (possible to win more than one game), or towards one game to increase your chances. $5 will get you 1 ticket, with a sliding scale for additional tickets. (Private message me for more details)
Thanks so much for taking the time to read this and learn about the event! I'd love it so much if you could attend, even if you are unable to donate this time. Similarly if you would like to donate but cannot attend, I really thank you for supporting a good cause!
And as one last request, if you could spread the word to any friends and family (gamers and non gamers alike) about the event and the charity it supports I would be grateful.
Not new to OKC but just recently found a home here, looking for peeps interest in starting something like a Beer and Board games regular type weekend scenario. Haven't delved into hardcore D&D type games but love a good night of risk or settlers. Also I'm very enthusiastic about learning new more involved games and am wiling to play host, amateur chef that loves to try new recipes. Also a very avid hut not very skilled DOTA 2 player.
Does anyone in here play OSRS
