Quote: From Joan Didion’s 1968 anthology Slouching Towards Bethlehem
As a lover — and keeper — of diaries and notebooks, I find myself returning again and again to the question of what compels us — what propels us — to record our impressions of the present moment in all their fragile subjectivity.
Quote: by Jack London
Keep a notebook. Travel with it, eat with it, sleep with it. Slap into it every stray thought that flutters up into your brain. Cheap paper is less perishable than gray matter, and lead pencil markings endure longer than memory.

Hello everyone,
Can anyone recommend a B5 notebook like the ones Muji sells, but which has white paper? I would love the Muji B5s but don't like the fact that their pages are cream colored.
I am the creator of catman notebooks and am sharing my amazon author page with you. I have created over 100 notebooks so far and more in the works from kids story writing to adult themed notebooks/journals. All my journals are sold on amazon and are priced very reasonably. https://www.amazon.com/-/e/B071Z7NDZD
I am working with a company to create the perfect notebook. I have created a questionnaire to see what you guys would be looking for. No email required, all questions are optional, should only take a few minutes.
Thank you in advance! link : https://goo.gl/forms/Uowqpjl0G01THkUC2
Hi all, Though I've just created this account, I've been an avid lurker on reddit for a while. This subreddit is really amazing (and it's great to see a whole bunch of stationery geeks like myself haha). From Leuchturm 1917 A5 Hardcover, to Midori, to Moleskin, I've seen and used a number of different notebooks over the past few years, many of which I bought because of reading your comments and recommendations. So thanks!
So why this post: In using a number of different notebooks, i realized that there were different features each had that i wanted incorporated into one. I travel a lot for my work, and so have tended to look for notebooks that not only looked great, but could take a beating and wouldn’t add too much weight to my already overpacked luggage (I think I have a packing problem). And that's where AiryNote comes in. I decided to try and create the kind of notebook that is light enough that you don’t think twice about taking it with you wherever you go. In talking to my colleagues and friends, I quickly realized that there are a lot of others that feel the same way I do. So today, I want to present to you all the first iteration of the AiryNote notebook. I'd love to hear your initial opinions and suggestions on this, the good and the bad. I know you guys/gals are really passionate about what you use as your daily writing tools, so I know you're the best people to get initial impressions from. Now, for the details you are all waiting for:
Dimensions: 139mm x 195mm (5.4" x 7.7") Paper Weight: 80gsm Pages: 120 Page Type: Blank paper Type: Hardcover, rounded corners, elastic closure, Ribbon bookmark, expandable inner pocket in cardboard Add-Ons: Stencils for customizing pages Weight: 250g
And here are some pictures: http://imgur.com/a/XWnH6
You may be wondering, why the heck do we need stencils. Well we want to create a book for everybody, and everyone uses their books differently, so we thought heck lets create a blank notebook and give you the tools to customize it however you want. Need to do a sketch, its blank, need lines, you can create that. Want a dot grid for technical drawings, easy with a stencil.
We plan on setting up a website and making sure we send out some samples to interested individuals once everything has been settled. Again, I'd absolutely love everyone's feedback on this. Really looking forward to hearing from you great people :)
P.S: Feel free to email me at airynoteks@gmail.com for any questions or comments.
I'm a big fan of the Leuchtturm 1917, but was wondering if there are version with higher number of pages...
So I am a network engineer and I would like a regular sized notebook, maybe 50-150 pages of graph paper. Not spiral bound (Left handed)
I currently use small legal pads for notes and it works but when draw diagrams or doing scratch work it gets painful.
Any ideas?
Look at our notebook here, what do you think about that: http://kck.st/2fGIHDR
