Has anyone received any of their orders from the 2024 Cyber Monday sale? I ordered a hoodie and have not received any tracking info in 2 months, only an order confirmation immediately after purchase. Is this normal? I ordered directly from TMC website and shipping to Cali. I just want my sweater before winter ends! 😭

Did anyone else purchase the mystery box from Black Friday sale? I just my order and the quality of shirts and hoodie feel cheap and sizing is too small. Has anyone else experienced this?

Ay my Marathon Runners, I'm trying to see if anyone is still having issues with receiving orders from November? My girl got me a sweater (bless her 🫡😭) black Friday or cyber monday. She was stressing about it leading up to Christmas, and I just told her relax it'll get here sometimes takes 3-4 weeks to get into Canada (never more than 3 weeks usually on any of my orders).

Well, now we're here and she's been bummed cause she was excited to give it to me and she's tried contacting them a few times now, most recently Friday. She's only heard from them before the holidays I guess, nothing since.

I will add, our national postal service went on strike for a little over a month (that was fun), and I read a few weeks ago USPS was still holding back on sending stuff here until that got sorted out 100%....I'm thinking it's part of the backlog of the mess but I just thought I'd reach out here so maybe I can give her some answers!

It's a little weird that customer service isn't on top of this, I've never ever had an issue with any of my stuff and even have emailed them to thank them for the care I got and got word back to me, if someone else in the same boat let me know and how I should approach it!

This year I made my annual Marathon purchase during Black Friday and for the first time I will not receive my item before Christmas.

What gets me a pissed off is I got a generic response when inquired about my package and they keep emailing 50% off sale and pushing this $100k contest (by purchasing a tshirt).

How are you pushing for my sales and you haven’t even processed orders 4 weeks ago? Black Friday orders that people are expecting before Christmas.

Most of the songs from it got removed there's only 8 of the original 20 songs still up. Does anyone know why? One of my favorite Nip songs, Fastlane Youngstas is gone now for the time being.
