TLDR: don't be afraid to quaff a warm sidecar. I wouldn't say it's a must for every experimenter, but it did open my eyes to a world of unexpected similar flavors.
My wife commonly pops up with something and has two sips, and quickly passes me the goblet to enjoy the middles and ends.
Tonight was Sierra Nevada's SideCar. It was also blissfully warm, as she'd totally forgotten about it during our Dr. Who of the night.
Here is my warm Tuesday^^TM review of the bottled.
Pretty cute for a first review.
I'm heading over to my local beer store (Tower in Atlanta) and they usually have a pretty solid selection of beer. Has anyone recently tried anything great that they absolutely recommend? The last time I was there I was close to getting a Ballast Point (Victory At Sea), but ended up going for an Ommegang Three Eyed Raven and a Lagunitas West-ified Imperial Coffee Stout.
Thanks in advance if anyone actually reads this!
