Hi, I am using Kontakt Komplete in FL Studio. I can never have more than 2 instances loaded or else FL Studio will crash. Sometimes trying to load even 1 will cause a crash. This is suprising to me considering I have what I thought was a pretty good PC: 16gb of ram, ryzen 5900x, rtx 3060. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong and there's a setting in Kontakt (or FL) that I need to mess with?
I got them along time ago (around 2010) but got robbed around a couple years ago so I don't have them & i can NOT find them anywhere.
LD - chocolate (a dadalife esque vibrato-ey electro house lead, pretty sure i made it along to some youtube video so i dont think its apart of a pack)
and
LD - moonbeam
if anyone knows what packs they belonged to or where to find em that would be amazing
As the tile states I am on ozone 8 advanced and currently trying 11. I have recently finished a track and had it mixed and mastered by a studio. Amazing results and ready for radio. I opted for ozone 11 trial and I am speechless . OMG all of a sodden my mix was in the range of what I received back from the mixing and mastering studio. The ai generated starting point was really on point unlike 8. Not to say 8 is bad, but your starting point will be completely on a different level. I noticed few differences between my mix and studio mix, however that is do to preference of what the engineer is looking to achieve. Absolutely, the mix has to sound good from the beginning and you have to be happy with the outcome prior, but from a "bedroom" producer standpoint the ozone 11 has improved significantly. Just my thought if it's worth it.
Hey, I need some help with Guitar Rig Pro 7. I’m using it as a plug-in in my DAW and whenever I activate the plugin it causes clipping that sounds like a signal breaking up. The odd thing is that when I solo the track there’s no clipping. AND when I lower the output volume of the track there’s still that clipping sound. It’s like my DAW or computer can’t handle the plug-in. The only thing that seemed to minimize the clipping (not remove it) was when I changed the “100%” near the top left to “75%%.”
I’ve tried searching the issue and attempted a few suggested fixes but nothing seems to work. Please help!
I had Komplete ultimate 11 for the longest time, and bought the update for 14 ultimate when it first came out in 2023. I was just recently looking at the price for what it would be to get the update/upgrade to 15. My account still says I only own Komplete 11 ultimate, so does that mean you only own the newer version if you UPGRADE and not UPDATE? Which further questions, if I were to only update again, would the updates/upgrades only get more expensive with more releases?
I only just learned that Super 8 is no longer supported in standalone and I keep getting an authorise message box - and nothing works to get rid of it.
My problem now is that because of this, it just shows the init settings - I’ve lost all of the presets / sounds / parameter adjustments that I’ve made on my tracks.
Is there any way of recovering these? Cos I’m feeling mightily p*ssed off that NI has done this and I’ve lost some of my best work in the process that I now don’t know how to replicate! 😭
Its been a good 15 years sincey last gig but I'm getting nostalgic. So I'm looking into getting my SLs out again for home use and really like the idea of using the Z1. My question is, what do I need to run my decks through Traktor while using the Z1 for mixing both files and standard vinyl?
I see the A6 is not being sold anymore so I'm not sure that would be supported and I also don't know how that would work if I want to use master/cue on the Z1.
I'm open to any other brands but I really want one mixer, not have to mess around with another one.
Basically, the only thing that interests me about8 is being able to use kontakt for my own samples in a way that seems inspiring. Using kontakt as a sampler in previous versions is so bland, so curious if the leap adds a bit more flair and how customizable the leap function is.
I'm eyeing a used one selling at about $200 usd which seemed like a great deal until I realized it's MK1. I've never used a Komplete keyboard and I believe there's some software integration thing? I'm wondering would there be any compatibility issues or anything? I'm on a 2021 Macbook Pro with MacOS Monterey (12.2.1) and would be working with Logic Pro X/Kontakt 7. Thanks!
I don't fully understand how NI does their packaging. When K14UCE came out it had a bunch of cool new instruments that I wanted to get. I'm wondering now; if I pick up K15UCE, will it include all of the instruments that have been released since 12, including those in 14?
Then if so, would you recommend getting K15UCE for the updated plugin library, with the current upgrade price being roughly $527?
Hi
If I purchase Complete 15 Select for $149 AUD I think I'm eligible to buy the Kontakt 8 Crossgrade for $219 (total $368 AUD)
Alternatively I can purchase Komplete 15 Standard for $449 AUD or Kontakt 8 for the same price.
I'm so confused as to what the difference is between buying Komplete 15 and Kontakt 8 (do you get the exact same thing as Kontakt 8 is included in Komplete 15….but the first option (which is cheaper $368) seems to give me the same amount of software…is this correct?
Thanks !
Hi, I’ve recently bought myself hydra and I’m facing an issue/or should it be like that? Hydra causes massive cpu usage while playing. I’m using Mac air m2 w/ableton (in this case I’m on 258 sample rate ) Any solutions ? I already tried to reinstall hydra
Hey guys, last year I got the Komplete 14 Ultimate and I’d like to upgrade to 15 CE. I see now that there is 50% off on series 15 but the weird thing is that Komplete 15 CE is for 900€ while upgrading to it is still 600 (I was expecting a 50% off deal on upgrades as well) Do you happen to know if the upgrades go in sales as well at another period?
Hi All,
So prior to buying Komplete 15 Standard as an upgrade, I had Komplete 14 Collectors Edition and I also had the full version of Kontakt 7 which had "Kontakt Factory Library 2 40GB" and also "Kontakt Factory Selection 2 7GB"
When I go to the online store at Native Instruments, even when I select the option to not show me products I already own, for some reason Kontakt 8 still is there as an option for me to purchase.
Even on the buy Kontakt 8 page I get a message saying the following: Tip: Kontakt 8 is included in Komplete 15 Standard and above: get 150+ products with a 300 GB library and 50,000+ sounds."
Now what I am having trouble understanding is that when I purchased Komplete 15 Standard, I added the serial number in Native Access and was able to download some of the new instruments that I did not have with Komplete 14 Collectors Edition.
What I am having trouble with is that I wasn't able to download a 40gb factory library / selection like I did when I bought Kontakt 7.
Has anyone else had any similar issues and if you have purchased Komplete 15 Standard, does Kontakt 8 still appear as a purchase you can make? Because apparently it is included with a Komplete 15 Standard Purchase.
I am very keen to know for sure that I have everything that I have paid for, especially considering that today I bought a brand new black Friday sale Kontrol S88 mk3 S Series keyboard which I have only just finished setting up.
If anyone has had similar experiences please let me know.
Thanks.
Hi community,
I'm very new to the NI ecosystem. I have some interest in adding finger drumming to my music making though I don't have pads right now. I may pick up a maschine down the road or possibly pads on a a surface controller, but will probably at least start with just keys. But I do not really know what I have with Battery 4 and Leap already. My DAW, waveform free, has a built in step sequencer. Is there anything much Maschine software without maschine hardware can do for me that these other tools don't already accomplish?
Thanks in advance
Heyo, I've been working on a collab project, and my partner (in another country) uses Kontakt 7.
I have the ableton project file, but I do not have kontakt (none of the versions).
If I purchase Kontakt 8, will it be able to grab the settings from the kontakt 7 VST elements, and run with them?
Thoughts? (aside from flat/freezing those channels)
Am I missing something? Currently have Komplete 14 Standard and to upgrade to K15 Collectors is £1079, whereas if I just bought the full version I'd be £809.
Ok, so K15 has been staring at me. I usually always upgrade my Komplete Standard. At 200 bucks it’s usually a no brainer. But right now I’m not sure if it’s overkill or not and I need to relax.
Here is what I have now.
Arturia Collection X and pigments East West (entire 2.5 TB of sounds) Omnispheshere/trillian/keyscape combo (cracked) Few TB of sample loops and tracklib. Maschine 3 software Kontrol S49 Mk3 (I am so comfortable with the NI workflow as I learned on Maschine mk1)
My itch has been upgrade to K15 or buy a legit version of Omnisphere, because the cracked version has been a headache to get working properly with midi (I just wanted to test it before shelling out the money). But now I’m thinking do I really need Omni for $480 with all I have. And even Komplete for half. Seems no brainer but people praise Omni’s library. Every 4 or so years I upgrade everything. So this is that year.
For anybody that has had any or all of my set up, am I missing anything from Omni? Am I missing anything from Komplete other than the integration convenance with my hardware.
Music type Hip Hop, R and B, Trap, sometimes Pop/Edm stuff. Lots of cinematic stuff or soulful stuff.
Deciding between these two. I ordered a copy of K12 Ultimate off ebay about a week ago thinking there wasn't going to be a 50% off sale on a retail copy of K15 standard but lo and behold I was wrong.
Is K12 ultimate @ 260 worth it over K15 standard @ 300?
K12 ultimate has some more orchestral stuff, but k15 has newer versions of plugins and also has some really nice sounding keys (mainly noire and the 2 new electric pianos)
I received a Native Instruments hard drive with Komplete on it along with a Komplete audio 6 box. I have a yamaha midi keyboard that only has 10 voices and I would like to play a bunch more.... guitar, organ, drums, etc. Do I have what I need? Is it just a matter of installing everything? I have a MacAir with enough SSD space. I have a Windows desktop as well, but want the keyboard, et al to be moved around.
Thanks in advance for any help.
How do I delete my native instruments account? I've been chasing my tail for 10 minutes and am losing my temper with all these links that lead in a circle
Anyone having login issues on the website? I've tested multiple devices and networks. When I login it authenticates and redirects back to home page not logged in. If i click my account it loads to the my account page and instantly redirects to the main page.
Hello everyone ! I have a problem with the Arturia plugins in my Maschine 3.0. When I load an instrument and when I record it everything is fine, but when I want to move midi notes and loop section it starts to lag, and I don't know why, because it only happens when I use some of the Arturia instruments. When I use it in my Maschine 2 software everything is fine, but when I try to use it in Maschine 3 I have a problem. I tried to reinstall but it doesn't help. I use the latest version of Arturia Collection X plugins from Splice. I will appreciate your help, thank you !
Essentially, I'm on a surface laptop 4, got about 60 something GB of storage, 8GB of RAM. I mainly want Kontakt 8 as it seems like an ideal audio library for the plug ins I wish to try such as Sunburst Electric Deluxe and the acoustic version of that (amongst others), but from what I have read up, you may as well get Komplete 15 with all the additional programs you gain access to, it's within my budget, and to my knowledge can be downloaded as individual installments. The only thing that I'm skeptical about is how much storage the initial download takes up? Part of me wants to just get Kontakt 8 because I'm more confident the initial download will run on my laptop, and at this moment in time I'm not super in need of excessive plug ins.
Hi
Im interested in buying this gear; I was wondering if it’s still worth buying it, and if someone it’s still using it what are their thoughts about it
This is all on my Macbook Pro. All week I’ve been able to use both Guitar Rig 7 with Guitar Pro. Tonight, the audio preferences wavered on Guitar Rig & even changing it manually won’t help. I’ve trouble shot the mic being disabled & enabled on both to see if that’s what was causing the dilemma. I can’t use ASIO4ALL since it’s a Mac. Not to mention o haven’t even used guitar rig with Cubase yet along with guitar pro not to mention potential insane latency issues coming my way¿ Anyone having the same issue or remedies?
