POSTING RULES
No sexualized posts.
This sub is about progress, not sex. Sexualized posts will be removed.
Erection/genital shots not in comments
Erection or genital photos may be placed in the comments and should be marked as such, they should not be in the main post. This includes shots looking down the body at a scale.
Limit photo posts to once a week.
Please don’t overload everyone with constant updates. Additionally if you want to share multiple angles then do at as a single album in your post or add links in the comments, additional posts will be removed.
User should be undressed.
It is okay to post images with undergarments or fully nude. Feel free to censor your photos as well.
Before photos can be clothed but the current photo must follow the rules.
Progress pics must include a comparison photo.
The post can include two photos stitched together in to one image (preferred option), photos in an album, or a link in the comments to a previous post. Progress pics can be posted any time.
Photos without progress are limited to the weekend.
This can include 1st day posts, no progress, accountability, workouts, memes, etc
Photos must include Height and Current Weight (CW) in Title
All photo posts must include your height and current weight in the title. You can also include Starting Weight (SW), Goal Weight (GW), Age, etc if you wish.
No self promotion
If you use this to link to your own site, only fans, patreon, etc your post will be removed and you will be banned.
COMMENT RULES
No overly sexualized comments.
There is a difference between, "You're very attractive!" and "You're hot, you got a great ass!" and "Nice butt!" The first is not sexual, the second is, and the third is iffy. Comments involving sexual come-ons or sex acts are not allowed. For example, this might include comments such as "yummy", "sexy", or "great boobs".
Don’t ask posters for nudes/harass users
If they don’t want to post a nude photo and limit it to underwear then that is their choice. Harassment of users will not be tolerated. Users who are being harassed are encouraged to contact the mods and to contact the Reddit Admins if necessary
Be excellent to each other
Treat everyone with respect. Ask questions, give advice, or compliment others if you like. Don't harshly criticize others or put them down.

Down 5lbs since last post, but lately going through a pretty aggressive plateau. I can’t get past the 149-151 range😭
General thoughts: for a little I was feeling smaller but now I’m back to the before in my head which has caused panic in me. I know I’m 50-55lbs lighter but I can’t seem to accept it into my heart. I feel I have worked harder than I look right now. I’m also trying to come to terms with how I will never see a flat stomach on me in my entire life, it sucks but I’m kind of settling into it. I fear I will avoid pregnancy bc I don’t want to loose all this hard work
On a positive side, I buy new clothing now. I get my nails done, I do feel more feminine
Overall happy where I’m at and figured I would keep this going for accountability.
I have listed a summary over the years/ weight fluctuations, so others may see what actual potential weight changes look like.
Just wanted to share my 1-month update! I haven’t lost any weight yet, but I’ve gained 2kg of muscle and lost 2kg of fat. Been hitting the gym every day, but still struggling with the diet—probably why I haven’t seen more weight loss. Also, I didn’t notice much difference in my before and after pics, but I’m staying focused and keeping at it!
I actually started 8 weeks ago but only weighed in for the first time today. I had pre-pandemic success losing about 80 pounds and I’m a little disappointed to realize I probably put all of that back on. But I’ve been consistent with calorie counting and getting steps in. My next goal is to up the exercise. Just trying to develop strong consistent habits.
I added weight in last 20 days so I'm just uploading for check in.
Jan2022 to current. Only working out, my diet is garbage. 500 workout sessions quite literally.
