Thoughts anyone? Heading over to dispensary after work today. Anyone know how Heady Tree’s COAs are as well as Doobie Labs? Which would you choose as far as quality?

I recently tried their live resin after my buddy let me try his Gelato one. It was delishious and the high was super energizing. So I went and tried another, Tropicana cookies, and don't get me wrong, it's good, but the high is more drowsy and the taste seems more earthy. Typically I like sweeter or fruitier. Just my opinions, but what does everyone else here like by them as far as the live resin goes?

Thought it was cool! Got the NYS micro guys listening to the people! They are hearing you and when there products drop on the shelves we have got to support them! Get that mug MSO bud outs here and bring in the micros! Also just a good podcast to listen to! Check out the guys! If this isn't allowed my b and I'll take this down.
Has anyone tried the MFNY Skunk, Electric Lime or Rainbow Belt 2.0 live resin carts? I’ve tried the Rainbow Belt 2.0 live rosin previously in concentrate form and thought it was pretty solid. Curious if anyone has tried it in vape form or the other two strains mentioned.
i always wanna try new products but just wanted to know what u guys think
Also any good delivery for south Brooklyn ?
Is there anywhere locally to buy seeds or clones ? (Albany area) or do we still have to order seeds online?
Alright, here’s my take: Pure Live resin can’t be much over 80% total THC. Seriously, I could be mistaken and would like to hear your insights.
Live resin—most would agree—is 100% from fresh frozen cannabis, right? Cause that’s what I thought. Plus, it’s a hydrocarbon extract and not rosin. So if we’re all on the same page there, let’s talk numbers. Raw hydrocarbon extracts from fresh frozen material (without extra processing, aside from purging the solvent) typically sit around 60-80% total THC. This is your dab-ready live resin. If you’re patient and let it separate, you get diamonds and HTE (High Terpene Extract). Awesome, hold that thought.
Now, compare that with distillate—often made from dry biomass (like trim) using ethanol or CO2 or a mix of solvents. Distillate usually tests between 80-95% THC, depending on various factors.
Then we have liquid diamonds—hovering in the 95-100% THC range. Pure THC, nearly all cannabinoids and little else. No terps, no waxes, just THC with a sprinkle of other cannabinoids.
So, should we call liquid diamonds mixed with a dash of HTE “live resin”? That might be one way to get those high 80s/low 90s numbers. And there may be other ways. But here’s the thing: what’s left of the terps? When you separate HTE from diamonds, it generally lands in the 40-60% THC range, so adding a bit of it to liquid diamonds will dilute THC levels a lot, but won’t restore original terp content enough unless you mix it all back together, right? Then aren’t you sitting back at the original lower potency???
And then there’s this trend where some processors take high-THC distillate, add cannabis-derived terps, and call it live resin. Sure, you can hit high THC numbers this way, but it feels…disingenuous (at best)?
Plus, when you start isolating to boost THC, aren’t you sacrificing a ton of the plant’s natural complexity? Those “extra” plant compounds may play a bigger role in the experience than we realize—lots of experts and anecdotal evidence suggest these compounds are still “intoxicating” and certainly enjoyable.
Regulators are all about strict labeling to “protect the children,” but what about consumer clarity? Is this mislabeling or misinformation? Where do you stand, and how should/can we the people hold processors accountable for the products that so many of us rely on or are seeking out.
So what’s your take?
Just copped these bad boys , bout to see what they hittin for
