Hi so I've always had an interest in the Cosmos since the days of Pele and Carlos Alberto and recently watched once in a lifetime and enjoyed it a lot but I have a few questions on the team and the current state it's in.
Why aren't the Cosmos in MLS? They're the most famous side from the old NASL and actually have a supporter base (albeit small) compared to a energy drink side and a sports washing one. Does anyone think the Cosmos will ever play in MLS
Has the side been playing for the past couple of seasons? Know that the new NASL folded but since then can't find much out about results/what league the Cosmos has been in.
Are you hopeful for the future now with an owner that cares and after this all blows over what are you looking forward to the most about soccer and the Cosmos coming back.
The USSF Development Academy started this weekend with the Cosmos only having U13, U14, and U15 squads this year. It did not start well...
all games v. Cedar Stars Academy-Bergen U13: 0-3 Loss U14: 1-3 Loss U15: 0-1 Loss
As a very very casual fan of Soccer and of the Cosmos I can't find any information anywhere about the A Squad, only the B Squad in the NPSL and even that is when I think about the Cosmos.
Are they planning on joining a new league or are waiting for the next season to officially join a established league? Will the A Squad be playing at MCU Park again or will they be joining the B Squad in that Collage Stadium?
I know you live-streamed your home games last season, so I assumed you were still doing that, but I can't find anything about a stream for tonight's match against Hartford City.
Buonasera, or good evening. I am a fan of my home team Fiorentina, who reportedly, are being bought by your owner Rocco Comisso. I was wonder, what sort of owner he is? Our owner never liked to spend money to bring in new players and that is where we found difficulties in almost getting relegated.
I'm an avid soccer fan living in New York and I've always rooted for the Cosmos but haven't gone through the effort of keeping up with them. I'm also a vague fan of St. Pauli so when I saw they were playing not far from me I bought tickets. I'm reasonably knowledgeable wrt soccer but less so when it comes to smaller clubs and I was wondering if y'all could tell me what I should be looking for :)
