Hi there!
Looking to move to Manhattan some time this month/early December. Will be working near Tribeca, so trying to live somewhere in LES, EV, Greenwich, etc. I’m pretty open to location, but I’m not too familiar with the city as I’ll be moving from AZ.
About me: 32m I have a small dog (he’s 13 y/o) who spends most of his day asleep on my bed. I’ll be working in the office at least 3 days a week. Budget of < 3500.
I’m a big proponent of keeping shared spaces clean, respecting each other’s stuff, etc. I’m open to roommates of any race/gender/sexuality.
Feel free to DM to see if we vibe! Also open to any general suggestions of where to live!
Hi all! My roommate (26F) and I (23F, trans) need a 3rd to sign onto our 3 Bed in Crown Heights. We’re currently Subletting, and will be signing onto a year lease.
The third room that needs filling is small and priced at $900/month. The apartment itself is spacious and is very close to the 3, 4, and 5 trains.
As roommates we’re queer friendly, 420 friendly, pro-Palestine, and my roommate has a dog who’s well trained and friendly but can’t do other pets.
If this sounds of interest to you then please reach out!
I’m looking for a roommate. Women only. I’m looking to move to either Brooklyn or queens. I work in the city so I need something close to a train. Preferably a 2 bedroom. My budget is around $1k. I’m pretty introverted. I go out here and there. I like to cook, read, listen to music. I’m very clean so I need someone who cleans after themselves and who is respectable. I don’t mind guests but strangers in and out the house all the time is a no go for me. 4/20 friendly (no cigarettes though)
Hi! I’m a 33/M freelancer working in film/tv. Im hoping to find a roommate(s) and find a place together, hopefully not too far away from the city and with laundry in unit/in building. I’m open to Manhattan/BK/Queens. I’d like to keep my budget under $1500 but I can go up if it’s really great deal. I’d be ready to move in anywhere between 11/15-11/30. I’m gay so LGBTQ friendly please. msg me if you have any questions! Thank you!
Hi, I'm a 26yr old African American male looking for roommates for around Jan 2024. My budget is 1400/month with utilities includeded.
Here’s a bit about me: I work a 9-5 and start my day with a morning workout whenever I can squeeze it in. I’m into wellness, Pokémon/anime, music, and fitness. I’m Black and Gay also. I can share more details about myself via DM. Please be LGBT Friendly, we can negotiate the 420.
hi hi, my self and my flatmate are currently apartment hunting and we came across a HPD rule from the broker. They mentioned we don’t qualify to apply for the unit as a household because we’re not already on a lease together; we couldn’t find anything about this online. does anyone here have experience with this?

Hi everyone! I’m 29, and a recent Kellogg MBA graduate moving to the city for work. Gonna be working as a PM at a tech company. I’m looking for a roommate to search for 2 bed apartments in Upper East, Upper West, or midtown at a max budget of $2500 ($5K total rent). Flexible to move in by early-Jan or sooner if we get something before. I work Monday-Friday, and will work from home 50% of the time. Im friendly, outgoing, and accomodating with visitors. Love exploring restaurants, live music venues, or comedy shows over weekends. I like to keep common areas (esp kitchen and bathroom) clean, so hoping for similar qualities in a roommate. If you’d like to chat to see if we’d be a good fit - feel free to DM me!
Hi! I’m looking for a room mate to join me in finding a place for December 1st. My max budget is 1,500 so total rent would be 3k between us two . I’m ideally trying to find a place in Williamsburg, LES, UWS/UES.
About myself: I’m currently working remote and looking to move back to the city because I’ve found job opportunities that pay more. I’m most likely going to be working from home until further notice from hiring managers. Then will most likely be going in office more.
On my free time I like to go to the gym, play video games, or lay in bed a lot of the time. On weekends I’ll make an effort to go out and have fun but that’ll be like once or twice a month. I like to keep shared spaces as clean as possible and expect whoever I room with to also want to be clean and respectful. I keep to myself majority of the time but always down for an adventure. Also 4/20 friendly
Hello! Just like the text said I’m looking for 3-4 (preferably female) roommates to go apartment hunting and to eventually move in with. I would probably make a gc with everyone and start discussing our move! My budget at most is 1,300. I don’t really mind the location as long as it’s a reasonable distance from my job.
About me: I’m a pretty clean person and sort of quiet at first but once u get to know me I’m very friendly. I love gaming and I have my own pc! I work as a salon assistant and I have one cat and planning to get one more when I move out! Please dm me on ig if you’re interested! My ig handle is @rianib0z0

I'm bisexual so you'll need to be okay with that of course.
Cheers! DM me if interested and we can discuss.

The video is on my profile. LMK if you are interested.
Hi there!
I recently found a fantastic 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in East Williamsburg for $3,300. I think this is a great deal and I am looking for one or two roomates to sign a lease with.
*The extra bedroom could serve as your own personal office if it’s just the two of us.*
About Me: I’m a 29-year-old female with a MAX budget of $1,400. I have good credit and a solid rental history.
I believe in fostering a clean, respectful, and welcoming living environment, so good communication is really important to me. I welcome all genders, ages, and backgrounds, as long as there’s emotional maturity.
I'd like to provide most communal furnishings. I’ve curated my current space over the years and would be sad to let it all go. Note: I do not own a TV so please feel free to bring one if this important to you!
I’m clean, quiet, and organized, with an eclectic minimalist style. I rarely have guests over, but when I do, it’s usually for a casual catch-up over a glass of wine. I enjoy cooking simple meals—mostly rice and fish—but I have no dietary restrictions. I work as a leasing consultant in Manhattan if it's important to know!
About My Cats:
You’ll often find them lounging around or napping in cozy spots.

I work as a freelance producer and bartend 2-3 days a week in the area.I'm clean but not picky about small things.
I will leave something on the table, but dirt isn't my friend.
420 Friendly outdoors, respectful of others.
I'm sensitive to heavy synthetic perfume and scents, if you wear cologne or perfume daily, it might not be a good fit.
I love to garden and play softball in Prospect Park.
Prior to living here, I successfully & legally Airbnb'ed my second bedroom for 3 years just down the block until my landlord sold the building.
This is my favorite neighborhood in all of New York City because of its proximity to nature, great food, cultural events and amazing neighbors.
Please reply with more information about yourself and sublet needs as well as questions you might have. I will not reply to impersonal messages or is this available.
If it's posted, it's available. We should be getting laundry in the building in the next few months, which is included in the rent.
23y old female, NYC born and raised. I am looking to move further up into Brooklyn, I live in South BK now. Ideally i’d like to sublet with the option of signing onto a lease at the end of the sublet. I do work full time though for the city, I have good credit, and i’m confident i am solid to apply for apt with others if needed.
Neighborhoods: neighborhoods I am looking at now are crown heights/bedstuy/bushwick but i am open to other areas!
Budget: No more than 1200. I would prefer around 1000.
I am also a lesbian! if you are not cool with that don’t bother plz :)
I am chill with cats but if you have a dog pls be honest about how well they behave themselves at home with barking and aggression.
Little more about me: I love techno and raving but also enjoy my time in. I’m a paralegal and applying to law school next year. I’d love to be friends with my roommates and host/hang out together but also want a nice balance of alone time. Cleanliness in common spaces and communication of issues arise is super important to me.

Current roommate has to move back home so looking for a guy to take his room for the remainder of the lease. The location is amazing, close to Penn Station and MSG but on a street that isn't too busy. Short walk to Hudson Yards and the Highline.
Bit about the apartment itself: Decently sized kitchen with dishwasher. Huge L couch in the living room. MASSIVE private patio. Currently have it decked out with a TV and huge projector screen for movies/sports haha. Master bedroom (your room) is by far the biggest and it has its own private bathroom. Sadly no W/D in unit but there is a laundromat close by. I also pay for a laundry delivery service that is about $30/month for 2 loads so not bad.
Bit about ourselves: I (26M) currently work in tech in partnerships/product manager role and the other roommate (24M) is in finance/revenue at a CPG. I mostly work from home but he goes to the office. Both of us are super big on sports (college football, NBA/NFL, anything fantasy related lol) and you will find us on the patio most weekends just binging games. We like to keep the apartment pretty clean if possible and are quiet during the weekdays, but will have a good time on the weekend (bar hopping, some BK EDM scenes, beer die/pong, but nothing too outrageous). Would also love to join some VOLO sports leagues, roommate is big on basketball and I rowed D1 in college. Down for anything.
Neither of us smoke or do drugs. Don't really care if you do, as long as its outside and not heinous haha.
Ideally you are similar to the above! DM me and we can trade socials/see if there could be a fit. Happy to provide more info/pics as well! :)
As a side note, there also is an idea of me taking the master, and you taking the smallest sized bedroom, in which case your rent would be closer to 1.8k/month. However there is not room for a desk in that room. Can provide more details here if you are interested.

Bedroom Available 12/01/2024 - 08/31/2025
I have to head back home for personal reasons and my room is now up for grabs. It’s an amazing spot to be, since it’s right next to Hudson Yards and close to Penn Station.
The roommates are amazing guys. One commutes to work in Jersey City, and the other works remote. There’s a terrace for when the weather gets better, a ton of really good food around the area, as well as night life around if you’re interested in that. There are a couple gyms within walking distance (less than 10 min away).

Hi all -- I am looking for a someone to do an apartment search with as a potential roommate. (Or join an apartment if it's the right fit!)
On my end: I'm looking for something near the G in Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy, Fort Greene, Greenpoint, etc., with a max budget of $1950 per room / month with a start date in the next month. Open to Downtown Manhattan as well. I'm flexible on exact date and would love to be in a 2BR.
About me: I recently finished my PhD at Columbia and started a position as an editorial director for a private foundation in the city. I'm a friendly and respectful roommate, and mostly use my living space to relax and wind down after work. I am a mid-30s (M), work hybrid, don't smoke, and don't have pets. I have furniture for common areas, so am happy to furnish the place, or mix and match with you! Please don't message if you are younger than 25.
I am in the city now, so am available to chat if you are interested in discussing more. I'm relatively flexible during the days, so happy to search for and do viewings, etc.
Feel free to send me a DM if this resonates with you!
I am extremely easy going. I was in the military so I was used to bunk beds in rooms with 50-90 guys at a time. Looking for a 2 bedroom or more apartment based on the amount of roommates. I really don't care what you do as long as you mind your own business. I'm introverted and keep to myself but have no problem talking. At most I'm willing to live 1hr away from the city but the closer the better.
