So I installed the widescreen patch, gave me the no cd error, swapped the exe's to the NOCD patch, now it crashes after the Papyrus logo. What am I doing wrong here?
I'm already aware Torch-1 uploaded an update many years back for the AI crashing on corner exit, but it never fixed the front stretch braking issue. Has anyone made their own fix for this?
Every time I minimize my NR2003 to go to the browser or something and then try to get back into it, it crashes. Does anyone know why this happens?
Would anyone be interested in a dayco super stock carset? It's the one series that I haven't seen done. Would anyone be interested in something like that?
As the subject line states, I will be closing down the NR2k3TRacks.com site and it's server at the end of this year.
The site doesn't seem to be generating many visits anymore. It is also grossly outdated with older technology and I don't have the time, knowledge or desire to create a new site or learn how to do it.
After Steve B decided to move on from NR2003, I offered to take on the site, it's server and it's costs to keep it up and running for the NR2003 sim community.
I would suggest that if you need anything that is posted at NR2k3Tracks.com, that you grab it now.
I still love NR2003 and am very active in building our PST short tracks and the GPD Modified car sets and plan to continue that for many more years, but mostly everything for NR2003 is available on other sites now, so the need for NR2k3Tracks.com to continue existing is pretty much mute now.
It's been a good run and we have kept a nice friendly, non-controversial place for people to come and download some hard-to-find content.
Thanks to all of you who have supported the site off and on over the years. Steve B and I are honored to have provided this resource to the NR2003 Sim community for over the past 20 years.

Playoff Racing is the pinnacle of NASCAR who doesnt want to watch a bunch of cars go around a track repeatedly while you are waiting for when there is a commercial break so you can go take a piss and then turn on something more exciting like WEC, or F1. At least during the NASCAR playoffs you have NASCAR's finest battling it out for a championship. I really think F1 should do something like this where they have a couple tracks and the leaders of the championship battle for points. I mean seriously who wants to see those bums race for a championship. Drivers like the ones who didn't make it into the championship to begin with we all want to see the best drivers over and over from the regular season. Playoff points don’t matter to drivers not competing in the playoffs. So, if a driver wins a stage in the regular season and doesn’t qualify for the playoffs, that playoff point awarded is eliminated. I mean SERIOUSLY who wants to see Ricky Stenhouse. Jr. #47 Fight for a championship all he did was get lucky, or Ross Chastain #1 the guy who illegally blocks everybody, Austin Dillon #3 wins Richmond but who really cares about Austin Dillon anyway. We all want to see those bums off the track and in the pits so the 'REAL' drivers can battle it out
