Premium En Suites are more expensive but as far as I can tell there is no difference in size. It says that they are larger in the description but they don't seem large in the view.
Also, side question, whats the difference between Classic En Suite and Premium En Suite?
Is there a theatre club that students can join and create an amateur production? If yes, who is in charge of it? Is it run by students? Is it created at the begining of each year?
To be specific, I am NOT talking about a "Performance Arts" study or something like that. I am talking about a student club that anyone can join for free as a hobby.
Hello, I am going to apply for a Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships and I was wondering if anyone applied to it before. I need to write an essay about "What opportunities I am anticipating in university" and "How will I take advantage of them" etc.
Is there anyone I could talk to who have this scholarship? Could you describe in general what did you talk about? I am asking these to have a general idea about how the essay should be.

Hey,
I currently am looking for a tenant to take over my student accom in manor bank since I'm no longer going. It's £142 per week and is a classic ensuite.
Hey I'm a undergraduate student that is starting a degree in physical geography later this September.
I got in through UCAS and have been given an accommodation(portland green). I've been to the clearing offer holder day and sorted out my student finances and I'm pretty much prepared, but I haven't been given any registration instructions and have not received my login to the student portal.
Is this normal? Will I get it in a couple of days?did I just not read the website or emails correctly? Any people in my current position or know how this works?
advice/information is greatly appreciated
I was offered a meal subscription in the cafeterias with a discount, but I have some doubts. I'm wondering if it's worth it in terms of the quality of the food and if it’s really cost-effective? Has anyone had this experience before? I’d also like to know about the variety of food options available. Any advice or feedback would be appreciated!
I got accepted for the Business and Humanities pre-masters and i start in September. I was wondering how intense the programme is? My English language skills are good, I've been studying in the UK for the last 7 years from GCSEs to undergrad. My undergrad grades were bad which is why I'm doing a pre-masters. I want to know if the pre-masters is a lot of work or not so I can decide if I want to take my SQE exams (qualifying exams to be a solicitor) during this academic year.
Any information is very helpful!
Hello! I’ve recently received my confirmation to study at Newcastle Uni for Chemical Engineering and was wondering what would be the best to study in advance? I did Chemistry, Maths, and Biology at A Level and have almost no Physics knowledge. Any advice would be great, thanks!
Lately i've been hearing people selecting classes and teachers from other universities but I haven't seen any email regarding any selection process... am i missing something? I am an international student starting this september.
Has anyone had an issue where lectures are just not there in your time table and then attendance office emails you saying you missed lectures
I have applied at Newcastle University for 2024 September intake. I am an international student. As instructed, I've uploaded all the required documents to the portal.
However this is what they have informed me.
"Thank you for providing the document uploaded.
However, we are unable to accept this as proof GCSE results as it is a statement of results and not a final certificate.
Please can you provide a copy of the certificate as requested.
If you have any further questions, please raise an enquiry.
Kind regards
Newcastle University Admissions Department”
The school only provided me with the Statement of Results and the Migration Certificate. So I am unsure of what exactly they are asking. I have also raised an enquiry but that will take time so asking here.
Any help would be appreciated.
I have a conditional offer for Newcastle University but I am worried that I won't be able to meet the conditional. Preparing for the worst, how should I structure and format my appeal letter to the university if I miss the conditional? Also, how lenient is Newcastle University and other UK universities regarding accepting appeals? Thank you!!
Hi, I am from India and I'll be starting my postgraduates at NCL this september and I wanted to know which accomodation is better in terms of overall student experience.

Hi guys, I'm an international student and am considering applying to Newcastle for undergraduate pharmacy. I just wanted to know what pharmacy students think of the course. Do you feel that you get enough support from lecturers? Is the course engaging? And other thoughts you have about the mPharm course at Newcastle.
Thank you!
Hey, I just wanted to ask how do students dels with back to back classes? I have most classes ending at 11:30 am and then the next one starting straight at 11:30 am too but in a different building. I’m pretty sure I’ll be late to most of them, do the professors mind and what’s the best way to deal with it?
Hi! I’ll be joining Newcastle university for Bsc Psychology this September, and i’m kind of nervous about making friends there as an international student. I’d really appreciate some tips for life at Newcastle :)
