In the final rift for S3 on the Agent Smith node, if you listen closely (best by turning off character audio and sfx) you can hear that a different song plays than normal on the Townsville City Hall stage. I have seen no discussion about it, nor can I find anything about it online, and it's really weird that it seems to be only in this node. There's another node later that doesn't have it, and additionally in training or pvp/casual this song doesn't seem to play. What's the deal with it?

Multiversus is in the worst state ive ever seen, id much rather play the beta. Instead of making adding actual whiff to OP characters they decide to nerf dodges all around for everyone. This has lowered the skill gap and increased the amount of players who just decide to use meta characters instead of fun characters. Its unbearable having to log on to multiversus to match up against the same characters because everyone knows thats their only hope of winning games. Not to mention the fact that this game incites people to play passively and run away, no brawlers are viable, you have to run a projectile. The community that complains is part of the issue, they complain entirely about the wrong things and the dumb devs listen instead if making actual good decisions, the game feel slouchy and terrible, any character other than s tier has no chance if beating s tiers. Whats up with these instant attacks that have little to no whiff? Nubia is the most balance character in the game, in surprised she didnt release OP like the others, probably because it wasnt a battle pass character so they didnt make them OP to garner sales for their sorry battle pass

I wanted to play the Looney mode of Haunted Mega Mix but surprisingly I’m 87,847/100,000. (Never had this issue before and I’m confused on how to increase it)

The PPGs was the ONLY way to get boosted XP/Spooky Bucks Gain if you wanted to get an Elusive variant for free without having an insane grind or having to spend at least 800 Gleamium to get a new outfit. (Note, your still have to get one just to complete anything involving a Crossover tag requirement)

These genuinely feels like a massive "Fuck you" to F2P players since they revoked the ONE genuine option to get an Elusive outfit for free without having to spend Gleamium or by having to grind a crazy amount.

Having the PPGs be a boosted variant for every event was a great thing since it made them worth unlocking since you was always going to have some kind of boosted outfit.

But hey! I guess that not being able to do any Crossover tag quest was being too kind for F2P players who wanted an Elusive outfit for free.

Hear me out, I promise this is interesting

So its no secret that TF2 is a hugely successful game, and even during the bot crisis still had a consistent enough player count to warrant the game being fixed and making an even stringer comeback. But why is that? Despite the fixes its still a game that Valve has largely abandoned. How can a game like that continue to be more successful than something like Multiversus, which is consistently updated on a bi weekly basis?

In short, a large reason is because TF2 is a fun game that doesn’t need draining events to keep its players returning. People keep coming back to play it because its just fun to play it. And thats why its not unreasonable for players to buy cosmetics every now and again.

Multiversus isn’t really that fun, if we’re being honest. It has glimpses of a fun good game, but is too buggy and unbalanced to be enjoyable to most. And they want $30 for skins now? You just cant justify that to anyone.

If PFG took inspiration from good F2P games instead of ones at deaths door, then maybe it wouldn’t be struggling as hard as it is now.
