Hello! I have visited today Prirodny istorichesky park Pokrovskoye Streshnevo (парк Покровское-Стрешнево). It’s very calm and peaceful place, if you come at the right time you can see beavers. Guide to see beavers: Take metro to Sokol st. (Сокол), exit via 2 and take 412 minibus to bus stop “Медицинский центр Гражданской авиации”. Walk about 4 minutes to “Beavers Hut” (Хатка бобров). If you struggle to find spot, use Yandex maps, search for “Beavers Hut” and it will give it to you exact location. Beavers are night animals and you need to arrive for 30-50 minutes before sunrise (for 01.02.2025 sunrise is at 8:20am, I had arrived at 7:20am). If you have any questions, I would be glad to help you

Hello everyone, I'm travelling moscow now and wondering where can I buy a nice quality Sapka(fur hat?) Or winter accessories such as gloves, baraklava, scarf, or thick winter jumper (like padded coat, padding) in Moscow? I saw some of them in Souvenir shops but quality was not good.
Is there any place that locals go? Please let me know. Thank you

I am a masters student in Moscow. Currently living in hostel provided by the university. The condition in the hostel is quite bad. I must move to my own place. Kindly guide me on where and how I can find cheap, affordable apartment/condo/sublet/room.
Does anyone know any good quality at-home cleaning services with reasonable rates and good service in central Moscow?
Thanks!

So, this Instagram page has been showing up a lot on my feed and I’d love to get some opinions on it. How do you all feel about seeing foreigners here and saying great things about their life here?
I’ll probably do one with them in the future.
It’s so lovely to study in the centre of Moscow
I will be visiting Moscow for 3 days in February but I still not sure what to do there. I visited Moscow few times before but it always the same place (Red Square, Kremlin and ГУМ). I’m a student so my budget is not so high to spend a lot in Moscow. Please recommend me nice and affordable places to take a walk, eat and enjoy my short vacation before starting my new semester. Also recommend me places to stay at which is safe and nice.
Thank you!
