So good. Candidly, I mixed everything together and realized I forgot to add oil. Then I realized I didn’t have oil so I used an equivalent of butter. Regardless, excellent, moist, and not too sweet. Crust is lovely. Pleasantly surprised that it only required two apples; if you only have small apples, I think three would be ok. Dice them small if you do not grate them.

I absolutely love the chewy cookies but my wife was recently diagnosed with celiac’s and is having a hard time adjusting to her new cookie-less life.

so i started to cook every other Saturdays dinner , and wanting to cook something rare that we don't usually eat in my house i and my sister decided to make Burritos but we don't know good topics, anyone has suggestions?
