Hey Baltimore!

Just wanted to introduce ourselves! We’re Offstage Sessions, a local event curation group dedicated to bringing some of the best dance music experiences to our city. Baltimore already has an incredibly rich history when it comes to house and techno, and we’re proud to be a part of that legacy while pushing the scene forward in new and exciting ways.

Offstage Sessions was born in August 2023 out of a shared passion for music that goes beyond the usual top-40 hits. We wanted to create something different—something that highlights the diversity and depth of the dance music world right here in Baltimore. We started with small, local showcases, and over the past year, we’ve grown into something much bigger. From intimate free events, to ticketed nights with hundreds of attendees, we’ve been able to create spaces where people can come together and vibe to some seriously good music.

Our events feature a mix of local talent and renowned touring acts, blending the best of both worlds. We’ve been lucky enough to host artists like Azzecca, San Pacho, Joshwa, and more, alongside some of Baltimore’s own rising stars. But no matter how big we get, our roots in the local scene will always be our foundation.

We’re all about keeping the energy alive and evolving the scene, so if you’re into house, techno, bass, or just good vibes, come check us out. We’ve got some exciting things coming up, and we’d love for you to be a part of it.

Anyone else going to see zedd come this September? I miss moonrise and i feel like zedd coming to DC will be the closest thing for to a rave.

Besides everyone ive seen Slander, zedd, nghtmare, marshmello,excision and illenium
I think i would prefer slander and illenium, so seeing zedd might be a new experience.

First time at Elements only because moonrise is done.. and always remembered elements being the same weekend ..

My boyfriend asked me to be his girlfriend 5 years ago today at Moonrise.. 💙💛 so emotionally attached to this festival!

Hopefully Moonrise comes back strong sometime in the future :)

I’ll add and update if anyone finds this helpful but I just made this for 2 fests so far because I’m sad there’s no moonrise. My moon crew usually only get to do Moonrise because we can’t afford to travel and camp. I figured we could afford it with a group and a payment plan and layed it all out! Hope this helps someone there’s 100 days left with these prices as of post date.

The lineup for Preakness Live dropped today.

Frank Walker and Gryffin are the main EDM artists with Jack Harlow as the headliner.

Prior to last year all performances were prior to the big race…last year the headliner (Bruno Mars) performed after the race finished. I’m thinking that’s what they will do this year as well.

I know it was discussed here that Moonrise will not be returning this year due to the renovations at Pimlico. I was fully expecting not to have Preakness Live (what was InField Fest) either, however, they just posted on their IG last week that an announcement for Preakness Live is coming soon.

There were many changes last year vs previous years - only one stage and it was smaller than the main stage in previous years, and the headliner performed after the big race instead of ending the concert prior to the race and then everyone leaving after the race (this was probably much better for overall traffic).

We should know soon who will be performing…

Why hasn't insomniac said anything? They were hyping and dropping a line up in January and February of '23. This year, nothing.

Checked my email and last year tickets went on sale Feb 1st… now Jan 31 and they haven’t made a single post since October. Why do festivals just ghost us like this instead of announcing they won’t be happening? It’s the same with sunset in Tampa

Does anyone know anything about the HIJinx festival in PA. Started looking at that one because I really don’t want to fly to Denver for Decadence but their lineup is stackedddddd !!!!

Home girl in VIP w the ziploc full of multicolored bubbles.. you gave me and my partner colorful bubble wands on Saturday and just provided a really sick plur moment for us. We blew them at power plant and I still have my wand ❤️

Anyone else think they have Covid after Moornise? Grabbing some tests today but symptoms are pointing to positive. I still had a blast! :)
