I’ve now had three different times that my coffee lid had come off and spilled coffee. It seems like the Holiday cups are more flimsy and bend easier allowing the lid to come off. Anyone else have this issue?

I’m usually a smoker and I’ve always listened to creed, but ever since I moved here to Modesto I’ve been going to the same bar down the road where I live and playing creed and third blind eye and crushing an average of 4 jager bombs for the past 5 days and I absolutely love it.

Any recommendations for public spots in the area with nice areas (trees, plants, etc) suitable for family photos?

Hello and Happy Post Thanksgiving. I was visiting family in the bay area this past Thanksgiving weekend and in addition to Thanksgiving we celebrated a birthday. Her restaurant of choice was Benihana, where you sit around a grill in a group of 8 and the chef prepares the food in front of you and puts on a show of fancy knife and cooking skills. I understand there was previously a Benihana restaurant here in the Central Valley, but it has been gone for a while. Does anyone know if there is a similar style restaurant here in Modesto or nearby?

I’m sorry for the recent spam and I swear I’m not an alcoholic, I just like having a good time. I did enjoy this bar but not as much as vieiras only because when I ordered a jager bomb the cost was 12 compared to 9.50 at vieiras and they kept the Red Bull so I had to pay full price but the one thing that they did have that was better was the fact that they had touch tunes unlike vieiras which you have to have dollar bills to use but over all not a bad bar to chill at but if you plan on partying awkwardly in a small space ure better off going to the speakeasy lounge.

So on my last post I saw someone mention this bar and so I decided to come check it out and honestly hearing rock as soon as I walked in was a relief and the bartenders are very nice and since I ordered a jager bomb they let me keep the drink so I only had to buy another shot which was cheaper. Since I just moved here this is one of the only bars I’ve stepped in and didn’t immediately walk out(I’ve only been to 3 so far but speakeasy had too much going on and June bug was dead) I mainly look for bars I can get a drink in a timely manner without feeling like I’m out of place and plus I’m by myself so if I can’t sit down or get a open spot at the bar to order its already making me anxious and that’s the last thing you want to feel at a bar.
