they’ve been closing that road on weekdays and causing so much traffic and I have seen no difference anywhere. For all I know they made going down that intersection horrible because now there’s a horrible bump in the middle of it and it’s awful going over it

Hello yall I just recently rescued a kitty that was stuck in my MIL engine. He seems like an indoor cat and is comfortable with people holding him. I think someone dumped him off side of the road, he has no collars or anything. For now I have him in the garage in a kennel with warm blankets food and water. I tried calling every where but saturday night currently all shelters and animal control are closed for rescuing animals. I plan on monday morning taking him to a shelter first thing. However I want to make sure he gets a no kill shelter so he can find a loving home. He seems like such good loving kitty and does not scratch or bite or anything when held or petted. Recommendations for 209 area no kill shelters ? Ill drive to stockton, modesto, manteca, lathrop, even tracy just for a no kill shelter for this kitty. He does not seem injured or anything and is fine.

I drove to Modesto for Marie Callender’s vegetable soup because it was raining, and I needed to get out for a drive. But when I got there, I found out it’s gone, replaced by a McDonald’s?!   It took me 4 interviews with them but they finally said yes!  To anyone out there looking for a job I am from Texas and never had this hard of a time finding a job.  Here in Modesto you really have to spend atleast 8 hours a day mon-fri to find something and if they tell you no keep trying.

The weird transition is part of the issue but Conagra brands hiring requirements must be you must have failed your driver test at least twice before passing. That and all Bay Area commuters that hate their life must pas through town…
