I just had one question. if I were to save a maps map_source and the folder into a different location, would I be able to uninstall bo3 and mod tools to regain some deleted base assets and then just copy over the backup files and such and have my map back? I've made an error that seems to be irreversible and I believe this to be the only way to fix the issue AND keep my 100 hours of progress. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
Is there a way that I can change what shield is on my map. Like could i use the shield from gorod rather than the regular shield?
Hi, how can I reward the player with points or perks after they've completed an easter egg like a shootable easter egg for example?
I'm looking for a line of code, that I can insert into the easter egg completion function.

I'm trying to load an .mp4 video which is 395MB and 5 min. long as an upload straight into Reddit. Can't make it load on the new Sub I'm creating, or on another already established Sub. Both say "Sorry, we only take .mp4" It IS .mp4
Any idea why this might be happening?

So I am trying to change Nikolai 1.0 hands in zombies chronicles and every time I test the mod, he has absolutely no hands and an invisible gun. Is there a problem with my bin or something? Any questions or images you need from me let me know :p

The king of Atlantis named Salem had resurrected the four named Billy Handsome, Albert Weasel Arlington, Sal DeLuca, & Finn O Leary. Battle of Atlantis was located in Atlanteans' City, Alcatraz Island, Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California.
Backstory of "Battle of Atlantis" Timeline:
• December 31, 1933 - Weasel was the only one who killed the three. The cycle continues when Weasel was killed by Sal, Billy, & Finn.
• January 1, 1934 - Salem, the king of Atlantis, arrived to San Francisco. The Atlanteans resided in San Francisco Bay where there is an underwater city beneath the Alcatraz Island & Golden Gate Bridge. He awakened the remnants that were in purgatory yesterday. Atlantis was risen in the surrounding places of Alcatraz.

Hello, working on a multiplayer map in Black Ops 3. Using the default_sunset.SSI and have not messed with lighting too much. In editor, my level looks fine, no issues, looks good. Once I go to playtest, for whatever reason several of my rocks, trees, and some wall have big red splashes over them. Its not blood it's some sort of lighting thing. Anyone encounter this before?

I get no error messages either... it's pretty weird.
Like everyone knows by now you can mod black ops 3, and i was wondering if i could make a gun and add it ass a mod for custom games. If you know pleasse help me out.

So, my **** of an uncle ruined 2 of my harddrives one of which had my Windows on it. My modtools were on an External Hard Drive, but when I reinstalled windows on an SSD I had to buy, it made me format my External HDD... I didn't think much of it because I haven't worked on my map for a long time... I knew I'd lose some stuff, like my CS:GO/Rust Skins. Is there ANY way I can download my map files off the workshop??????????
Okay, so I've followed like 8 tutorials and after about the 6th i stopped testing my map after adding more stuff, it was only stuff like buy-able endings and zombie counters all to do with adding code to you're map file. I'm now trying to build my map and i'm getting this error;

It says that the mod tools are currently a closed Alpha. I thought they were released already
Does anyone know if there is a script available to allow someone to teleport to pack a punch like in Kino Der Toten? also my second thing is does anyone know if there is a way to respawn a player if they go out of bounds in the map like in revelations when you fall out of the map? thank you.
As the title says: Is there any dedicated server files that i can use in something like a linux ubuntu server? is there away to run the server on a none black ops3 client?
After posting on CodZombies and getting no help i tried looking for other subreddits to help me out, im looking to see if anyone has a list of the Keyboard Shortcuts (eg. CTRL+ T = ?)or a few of them for BO3 Mod Tools. Looked in the search bar and didn't find anything, my PC build should be finished this week and it would be really helpful to have this for the start of the mods. The detailed list would be huge, just looking for the basics of CTRL, ALT and SHIFT keys.

I never changed anything in the zone file and it is configured exactly the same way it always had been
Failed to export unnamed.map because Unable to process the zone file. Make sure to export from the top map and that the zone file is properly configured.
