Im doing a Soviet-Afghan war impression kit, im trying to find a Ssh-68 helmet but I don't know where to look. Help would be appreciated!
Only have this one picture. From what i can see the middel stitching (on the larger side, right) is missing. The logo is also a pretty clean compared to others online. Idk if it's authentic.
Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but are there any benefits to utilizing the WW2 marine M1941 webbing system instead of, for example, M56 gear or Alice gear, or even Molle?
The previous moderators left so I have taken over the subreddit, I will be making some minor changes to rules and the description.

I have been lurking around this sub for a while now, and I’d love some opinions. I have a love for things related to historical objects (flags, uniforms, weapons, and many more) and I’m not sure if there is a career path for a guy like me. As a 19 year old, I’m still testing out which career might be best for me, and I want to use my passion on this subject to good use.
I am from Coburg in Bavaria and i dont know where i got this from. One of my ancestors served at the railways guns in Verdun ww1 because He was a railway engineer. Its stamped Metal and Emaille
This is a ZOMZ (Zagorskiy Optiko-Mekhanicheskiy Zavod) Soviet binocular. I believe it dates back to World War II, but I’m not entirely sure since I haven’t found an exact match online. I’ve seen similar binoculars with the same logo, but mine features additional logos that I haven’t encountered before. Specifically, it has a '2 inside a triangle' logo, a 'K' belowe it, and a symbol resembling an 'F' scratched on the front. Unfortunately, the symbol is not very clear in the photos I took.Could you please help me identify this binocular?
preferably insude the uk thank you
Vienna or maybe also ‚forest quarter (Waldviertel)‘ in lower Austria.
