Where Can I buy a backlight LCD screen for my microvision ?

I would like to mod my microvision but can't find any backlight screen kit, there is a tutorial to instal one on a website but no link or info about where to get one.

Time to say goodbye as a mod.

I've been a mod for quite a few of the retrogaming (and other adjacent) subs here for a long time -- even if kind of dormant recently. I love these topics, and how our digital "ancestors" solved hard problems, and how we've build a continuum of interest with their work. I started and even took over a few dormant subs and worked with /u/zadocpaet to help build a broad community here, even appealing to niche systems.

The mod teams are doing a great job, especially /u/Derf_Jagged. I feel like now is a good time to step down. I'm going to continue to lurk, and be a regular user and I wish the subs, the mods, and the users the best!

anyone make reproductions?

with the arrival of stable working screens the collectors market has boosted a fair bit and ive managed to track down and buy eleven of the twelve produced games, unfortunately my missing game is super blockbuster which is pretty much impossible to find and i found that certain other games are also absurdly rare, so with that in mind im wondering if anyone actually makes reproductions since there would be a market for that now

on that note if anyone has a copy of super blockbuster they are willing to sell i dont much care what condition its in or completeness, at this point i just want one, if i have to do repairs to get it to do anything its not a deal breaker, my copy of slots could technically be seen as unusable due to its clips being snapped off so it wont stay in place by itself and cosmic hunter is badly warped requiring strong rubber bands to hold it flush

Fix for a glitchy Microvision?

I fired it up today for the first time in a few months, and the picture was scrambled. I took it apart, adjusted the pins, cleaned them, and it seems better. But it's not all of the way fixed. Any ideas?
