Hola / Hello! I have been very lucky to visit a lot of Mexico (Pacific side) and would like to share some of the regional cuisines with my family when they come to visit. We are going to Oaxaca, so that can be covered locally, but I would like for them to be ably to try Sinaloan style seafood, Baja style fish tacos, birria tacos, Tijuana style tacos, etc. Does anyone have any recommendations for where to take them in CDMX? Preference for more casual restaurants, doesn't need to be fancy, just delicious! any suggestions are much appreciated :)

My husband and I are traveling to Mexico city next week. And I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations.

We really want to do the hot air balloon overlooking teotihuacan pyramids but we don't know which company is the best to do this with and if it is trustworthy. We found some links on Viator, but don't know if that's trust worthy.

We were also thinking about attending a Luche Libre show and join in on food tours around the city. Please let me know if you have any recommendations/links to these.

Let us know if there is anything else we should try - we are there for almost 4 days so I think that's plenty of time to immerse in the CDMX cutlure.
