I’ve always been drawn to the spiritual realm. As a kid I remember seeing my grandfather the day he passed and telling someone he wasn’t coming back.

When my grandmother passed years ago I had dreams with her asking for certain things at her funeral and lo and behold the next day people would come with suggestions and I would argue for her wishes instead.

Then two years ago when my mother passed, I dreamt with her a few nights before she lost consciousness and she said goodbye to me in the dream.

When I’m lucky I meet my lost loves ones in dreams. But I wish I could more intentionally connect.

I also have some very vivid and interesting dreams and have had a few occasions where things happen similar to my dreams. Often months later and it’s not exactly the same at all but I realize had I listened to a message from the dream I could’ve prevented an undesirable outcome.

They aren’t very easy to analyze so I often respond in anxiety and fear instead of properly understanding the message.

I know if could be more intentional about connection and less fearful overall I could better understand myself and my life.

I’m also a scaredy cat and the idea of a “ghost” scares me so I immediately turn on the lights and distract myself.

How do I better connect so that I can tap into my abilities if they exist?
