Im thinking of making a small box for my valuable silver coins but i know some wood can really damage silver and i was wondering what wood would be the best that i can easily find, im aware that mahogany and rosewood is good but theres no chance in finding them. And all the coin will be in acrylic coin holders and the inside of the box will be covered in flannel, silk or felt.

Hey there!
I recently acquired this Penny from a buddy of mine who couldn't ID it, and I have been scratching my head for quite a few days now at it as well....
I think based on crown shape alone it's possible it is a Class 11 or maybe 2A?
Anyone have any ideas on this? Also, what you would list as condition?
Thanks in advance for your help!
