I've noticed radio silence about this on Reddit, but there are thousands of people on Threads, Instagram, and Tik Tok sharing screenshots of their ballots that were marked invalid or deleted. Please check your vote, and if there are any discrepancies, report it to these agencies (all of them). In some states it's possible to cure your vote - check in and see what can be done.
Below is a resource list and sample letter to help get you started.
Not a union worker, blue laborer, paycheck to paycheck wage slave. I can’t do this anymore. Monday the 11th, I’ll no longer go to work and protest the current political situation.
If you want to join, feel free. If not I get it. Shits tough. I’m going to sit outside of my blue states capital with a sign, and refuse to contribute to an economy that will go to Trump.
If you're like me, you're surprised and dismayed by the US election results. While it's ok to be sad, it's not ok to despair. Power stems from our labor, and no election changes that. Our labor powers this world. The conflict is and continues to be between employees and employers. This is between people and corporations. Nothing changes that.
We will continue to fight. We will strike. We will organize. And we will win.
I’m asking because if you’re a leftist you’d be voting for Claudia De La Cruz of the PSL party and not Kamala Harris. Liberals aren’t far left because of capitalism being a far right economic system which is why I’m confused as to what this subreddit stands for if it’s pro-union and pro-worker? Also a social democracy isn’t socialism despite using parts of socialism/Marxism because it just regulates capitalism instead of getting rid of it. I’m just wondering what political stance this subreddit is.
