New Plotline Concept and points.

Those involved in the Citadel's seedier wards will begin hearing rumors of an Underground fight club for shackled AI combatants.

Now fully recognized as sentient beings, the council begins an investigation to protect the AI. C-Sec busts the fight club.

While examining personal effects, C-Sec encounters data and Nav points leading to a previously uncharted garden world. Data indicates this individual has had contact with a previously unknown sapient race.

Since the world is outside of Citadel space, the council refuses to send Spectres, but unofficially offers funding to any archaeological team that chooses to examine the planet and evaluate its denizens.

Small human colony has gone dark, slavers to blame?

::::::::Gnn news::::::::

At the edge of the terminus systems sits a small human colony of three hundred souls. Clear blue sky, green hills with lush farm land, or at least it did. When a regular freighter pilot arrived to trade last week, he was greeted with nothing. No air traffic control, no landing instructions, the radios we're quiet, not a sound. He moved in To investigate, approached and gave the colony a fly over. The streets were empty, not a sign of life. He and his crew landed to investigate further, they found little to no signs of struggle. Everyone was just... Gone. Alliance authorities are looking into the disappearance now. We reached out to the Systems Alliance but were declined comment as the investigation is still ongoing.

Citadel once again secure.

Council Spectre, Commander Sheppard and his team managed to retake the citadel from former Spectre, Saren, and his Geth followers.

Saren's ship has been destroyed. Cleanup efforts are underway.

M:due to a lack of interest in the ending, we are moving on. We are now between 1 and 2.

Citadel under attack by Geth and Saren's capital ship!

Somehow a large number of geth forces and Saren himself have managed to take over the percidium. Those in the wards are advised to stay inside, lock their doors, and wait for help to come. If you have a weapon, keep it at the ready until C-Sec declares all clear.

M:This is the end of Mass Effect 1. I haven't seen any posts of people making their way to the citadel. We age going to assume all the casulties are basically on the percidium, which should basically be overrun by Geth and the ocasional Krogan. These Krogan are some of the remaining ones he made on Vermire.

If you have a character on the citadel, you are free to write about them fighting the Geth, keeping them out of the wards. But at the end of this, Shepard and the Normandy will have defeated Saren and Sovereign. it's past 3am. im going to bed. I have plans for some cool stuff between 1 and 2.

Bored!

Writes In log:

It's great to see Seto again and all, but seriously, what are we even doing out here, just watching cargo ship's fly bye. Not sure what he expects to find, they all look the same from here. His ai mech is so damn creepy. It doesn't move like an air, or talk like one, but I know what it is.

Want. to. Go. Somewhere. Anywhere.

Soooooo

Today on Sheppard Watch!

Commander Shepard has returned to the Citadel and has debriefed with the council. The council has begun massing a multi-species fleet, the relays are guarded, watching for his Geth fleet. The Citadel is without a doubt the safest it has ever been. Meanwhile, situation in hand, the Normandy and her crew have been granted some much needed leave If you see an alliance soldier on the Citadel, you may want to buy them a drink, they may have just saved us all.

M:Status is Normandy is grounded on the citadel, this is propaganda or possibly just some hero worship. I'm going to give anyone who wants to a chance to make their way to the citadel for the upcoming end of the first game. I'll try and have a little something ready for when the event comes.

Waiting for a good target.

Seto sits in his ship's cockpit, dirt smeared all over the left side of his ship. His ship sits in an asteroid belt near a shipping lane in one of the terminus systems, left side facing the traffic. Running in low power mode, parked halfway behind an asteroid to hide his heat vents, he watches and logs traffic, waiting for something a little less up and up. Dressed in baggy shorts and a loose hawian shirt

Character introduction: Cala Yamm nar Tesleya

Name: Cala Yaam Nar Tesleya Skills: Leadership, thief, deceit. Age: 25

0-14 Born on the Tesleya Parents fought Closer to her mother. Cousin of Seto Cala’s and Seto’s families were close, shared quarters. Parents involved in mutiny.

14-18 She was sent to Illium and charged with taking care of the others. Contact that was going to take them in never showed. Her and Seto survived 4 years on Illium out of 6 children sent. She blames herself for the ones that died or went missing. Did undesirable things to earn enough money to get her and Seto back to the fleet.

18-19 Arriving at the fleet, they were taken in. At first, being back in the fleet seemed like a paradise, like everything they could have possibly wanted. They didn’t have to worry about a roof over their heads, or figure out how they were going to steal their next meal, but as the past and the circumstances of their departure were found out, their connection to a mutiny was revealed. Their world turned on its head in an instant. Cala and Seto were brought to trial in connection with the failed mutiny As the person put in charge of the other children, she acted as Seto’s captain at the trial. They grilled her. She knew about the mutiny beforehand, and did not report it, and because she was in a position of leadership, placed in charge of the other children sent, the trial became a witch hunt. It wasn’t about what she had done to try to protect young children in a hopeless situation, it was about her traitorous family, and how she was connected to their disloyalty to the fleet. The admirals at this time were tough on disloyalty, making organized mutiny or connection to it a very serious crime. One of the judges was moved by her tears, the other two were not. She explained how they were lost and abandoned. How all their families wanted was a better life and a permanent home not in space. She and Seto were victims of the show of power that the admirals wanted to put on. Through much pleading, she was finally able to come to a deal with them. Seto and cala could stay in the fleet, if she denounced her family and their disloyalty, and if all contact were to be cut with the co-conspirator. She has seen four other kids lost on Illium, some she had seen die, two were just, lost, with no clue what happened to them. She believed this was the best shot she and Seto had to survive. She didn’t know how much longer they could have made it homeless on Illium. … So she took the deal. She publicly denounced her family and what they did. She and the young Seto, her only family or friend were assigned to different ships and all communication between the two was banned. They were assigned to different ships, where their physical needs were taken care of, and where they could be found use for. A public denouncing of traitors suited the admirals well, and helped to bolster loyalty in the fleet, they requested the news story time and again in the fleet. This was fine for them, but not great for Cala or Seto. She was put to work on the dirtiest jobs on the ship and the worst shifts. She was not Cala the survivor. She was Cala, the daughter of traitors. The girl who bargained her way out of punishment for her connection to the traitors. She was constantly shunned and avoided. She gained no friends in the fleet and felt entirely unwanted and unloved while she was there. After a full year of this, she firmly believed that there is nothing special about her. She is not very skilled in engineering or combat and thus has limited usefulness in the fleet. As she reached the age for pilgrimage, she was given minimal training and received no gifts from friends or family for the trip, as she had none. The night before her departure, she used her access as a member of the custodial crew, since she was on shift anyway, to access storage for supplies and equipment she was going to need. She even stole her supervisor’s credit chit. The next morning, there was no one there to see her off. She boarded a transport with nothing but solitude and stolen goods at her side. At least the fleet had paid for her ticket to send her away, and this time she wouldn’t be surprised by no one being there to meet her when she got off.

19-24 She is a very skilled liar and thief. When she left the fleet on”pilgrimage” she went to Omega and spends her time hopping the smaller bars, and other places, conning patrons out of credits. She has a little apartment that is little bigger than a small bedroom and a bathroom. It’s been a long time since she let anyone get close. Getting to know her can take a bit to get past all the lies and defenses.

24-current She has left Omega, since after a while many of the bars start to recofnize her, even with changing her appearance., the common thread was how she operated. Against her better judgement, she used the credits she had, packed up what little she could carry, and bought a ticket to the citadel. Security is better there, but at least she could start over with a fresh hunting ground for pickpocketing and conning people out of money. This time, she is trying to be more careful and hopes to avoid getting caught. Unfortunately, she is renting a room from a C-Sec detective, and worse, a drell even. For someone like her, her new home feels like the most luxurious trap ever, but it’s a roof over her head and a clean room she can relax in. Both of these are rare commodities in her life, so she is having a go at it.

Omega News. 4/5

a Batarian announcer hosts the stream

The failure of the Human colony on Eden Prime has sent imigrant population on Omega off the charts. Watch out for these dull whited two eyed beggars, they may look harmless and pathetic, but we have no way of knowing what their agenda is. This helpless migration to our doorstep has left Omega's housing market rife with speculation. The problem is these poor bastards aren't going to be able to compete for the higher tier housing, the scramble will be for the lowest tier roof over their head money can buy. Doesn't our home, Omega already struggle enough with the blight of poverty? Here to answer that question is one of Omega's top economists. Jarak Bletor.

The scene cuts to them sitting together, for the next half hour they interview mostly Batarians about how bad humans are, and one Krogan about how weak they are, then sign off for the evening

Shades of blue is a verry Mass Effect one feel. I'm thinking about going with some more omnitool colors, oranges and yellow, with some deeper red accents maybe. What do you guys think?

M:Character introduction. Jalthy Ruse.

Jalthy Ruse, 150, non-biotic Asari. To understand her, you must first understand where she comes from and her family history. Here is that history, finally documented.

Jalthy’s mother and aunt, Shaiur and Letell Ruse were merc sisters, soldiers of fortune that fought in every conflict they could find.

The sisters are 800 and 850 years old, both matriarchs. Shaiur had Jalthy at 650, towards the end of her matron years. Born in the 1300’s, they have been in every major and minor conflict they could get into. The fact that they are both still alive should say all needs to be said about their biotic ability and combat prowess. Each of them deadly experts with every weapon there is, from the sniper rifle to the alluring look. They each have their own sets of battle scars and stories to go along with it. For a while, when they thought they were done with the merc life, they separated and tried to settle down with families. Shaiur chose Illium, and built up a long and terrible dating history before finally meeting Seran Vorlan, a young Salarian engineer who talked fast and learned faster. They fell for eachother hard, despite being the most opposite of people you could ever see together. Seran was oddly sentimental for a Salarian. Whenever he was with Shaiur he seemed almost intoxicated by her. He would never pass up on opportunity to make a sweet gesture of his affection. The two became bondmates and had Jalthy. Jalthy seemed to inherit her father’s sharpness of mind and her mother’s natural talent, in all but one thing. No matter how hard she tried, she could never muster a single glimmer of biotic power. In her father’s big, dark eyes, she was every bit perfect, a beautiful reflection of her mother. To her mother though, she was brittle, fragile. Marred by a genetic defect that would leave her defenceless her whole life. She loved her daughter, but she could never seem to see past the thing she perceived a handicap. This sewed seeds of self doubt that would linger in the back of her mind for the rest of her life. In the time he had, her father taught her everything he knew about engineering, both how things work, and every little for getting things to work when they stopped. She loved learning from him and would often accompany him to his work. From all the combat pay saved up by Shaiur, the family was quite wealthy, made even more once you consider her early investments and her long life span. He did not have to work to provide for his family, but he worked because he loved the challenge. And when his daughter would accompany him, it made his days full of joy. There were some objections at first, about a 8 year old child in the workplace, but once she showed that her skill rivaled some of their own, the objectors were silenced. Also it’s hard to argue with something that adorable, and Seran was among the higher ranking engineers where he worked in a fleet repair facility for a large corporation. They would work on anything from air cars to medium sized cargo vessels. Seran lived to a good old age of 44 and worked as long as he was physically able. He and Jalthy had a very close father/daughter bond. She was 25 when he passed. Jalthy did not handle his passing well, falling into depression. This depression only made worse from the treatment by her mother, who became overly protective and controlling. Over the next hundred years, this eventually turned Jalthy more independant and rebellious. The last 25 years being marked with numerous attempts to run away and strike out on her own, but it seems that every time either her mother or aunt would find her and bring her home, to be protected and cared for. But Jalthy does not want to be protected and cared for like some fragile doll. She wants to learn, to experience and put her skills to good use. She is currently missing from Illium, this time for a record year and a half. Has learned a lot about living somewhat under cover and making herself difficult to track. She is currently working as an engineer for a mining operation on Omega, repairing and maintaining mining vehicles and the occasional security vehicle that comes in. Her secret to avoiding detection, Don’t be what her family is looking for. Anyone that knows Jalthy, knows her as Janet Ruso, a young human with long, black hair and blue eyes, who only stands out because she might possibly be the only truly happy person on Omega.

Fierce mercenary sister commandos that they were, they found themselves living on Rannoch during an industrial boom due to a workforce being greatly expanded by the Geth. They were there to handle security, and handle a little dispute between some rival Quarian gangs. Normally not something they would let themselves get drug into, but the pay was good, and neither of them had been to Rannoch before. Letell fell in love with the culture, art, and people or Rannoch…. And eventually one in particular. They became close, and when the job was done, they became close Letell and her Quarian bondmate were preparing to start a family of their own when the morning war came. In the evacuation they fought together, trying to save as many lives as they could. Latel was hit with a high caliber armor piercing round…. It blew effortlessly through her back armor, then her stomach, her front armor was enough to begin the round’s fragmentation. It began to spread and mushroom as it penetrated her. She was hit from behind and a whole blown straight through her. But the round had not finished taking it’s toll. The Quarian man in front of her, the man she would do anything for, was next on the list of those who would meet their fate that day. The projectile his him, mushroomed and exploded shrapnell through his body. In under thirty seconds his life was over. The second saddest thing about this is that they were on the ramp to a ship evacuating the planet. They were almost safe. The most sad thing is that the first life the round took was the one being carried by Letell.

Letell survived with a combination of luck, a miracle, and an unearthly amount of medigell, but she would never truly live or love again. In that instant, everything she loved and hoped for was torn away and out of her, and the scars, both emotional and physical, she fears will never fade.

M:I know, this is like, 3 characters... or maybe 5. But no one had bloody asked and this is back story that's been sitting around for a while now, most of it I never got to tell.
