while watching MKR, can't help but see the personalities of Mako, Rei and Ami to these respective knights (Hikaru, Umi and Fu).
Hikaru and Mako being "mothers"/big sister of their group;
Umi and Rei being feisty girls who know what they want;
Fu and Ami which are super parallel with each other --- being the strategist of their groups.
Now i wonder who'll win if there was a fictional battle between the pairs.
Between the rune gods(mashing) of Cephiro, the FT0s of Autozam, the Djinn of Chizeta, and the illusion beasts ofFahren, which of these would personally like to command/pilot?
I personally like the rune Gods and I guess I would interchange between them since I like all three.
So I'm working on my second novel, and one of my character's physical appearance is heavily based on Clef. White robe, cropped hair, jeweled diadem, etc. What I can't wrap my head around is the horn. Can anyone explain the horn? I don't know how to write that in without it sounding ridiculous. "She looked like a beautiful magic rhinoceros."
Probably going to change it to a large sapphire, but could someone explain the significance of Clef's horn?
I know that Nova is Hikaru's shadow, but is Nova's Runegod Rayearth's shadow? I was just wondering, because Regalia is called a runegod and has similar wings to Rayearth.
Ever since I became a fan of Rayearth, I thought the sound of this band fit the show’s aesthetic perfectly. Specifically, their album “Neverworld”. I don’t know how exactly to describe it, but you’ll know exactly what I mean if you give most of these songs on the album a listen. Some songs I’d recommend:
For Evermore: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=4gVFZKH6nmQ
Temple of Fire: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-7c8CSD6rqM&pp=ygUadGVtcGxlIG9mIGZpcmUgcG93ZXIgcXVlc3Q%3D
Into the Light: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=_dEuHvOzAMo&pp=ygUaaW50byB0aGUgbGlnaHQgcG93ZXIgcXVlc3Q%3D
Sacred Land: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=iSO5gtvyC3s&pp=ygUYc2FjcmVkIGxhbmQgcG93ZXIgcXVlc3Qg
Their other albums, especially their early ones such as Wings of Forever and Magic Never Dies also have songs that fit Rayearth, but this album IMO feels the most like I’m entering Cephiro.
What do y’all think?
I mean she is the Magic Knight of Fire yet her bio says she doesn’t like spicy food and prefers the much opposite tempered food ice cream which is kinda weird and ironic. Honestly what’s your take on this?
Hello everyone!
I was thinking of gifting this to my girlfriend as she has never read it, and as an artist, I am sure she would love absolutely love it.
I have noticed that the book order seems to be alternated between set 1 & 2, so book one part 1 is part of set 1 and book one part 2 is part of set 2. This would force me to buy both in order to give her a proper/full experience. But this would also prove to be quite expensive.
I was just looking to confirm, if anyone knows, if this is truly the case.
Do I need to get both sets just for her to read the story completely?
Thanks in advance!!
Because although it's highly active, it has poor moderation allowing bots to invade the group posting links to no-no sites. One disgusting MKR art made it in to the group.
For context, there were 2 different English dubs on Magic Knight Rayearth. The Ocean Dub contains differences from the Media Blasters Dub, like Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu were originally called Luce, Marine, and Anemone, respectively.
I like the anime because I haven't read the manga, yet. And the OVA is great but feels short.
I'm proud of being a mod in this subreddit, even though this subreddit isn't much.
