Have you ever wanted to have a painting of your partner, a family portrait, your dog or whatever your favorite photo is? I always loved the idea of painting but unfortunately I'm not the best at it. A few months ago though a friend and I came up with a cool idea, what if you could turn any photo you want into a paint by numbers. That way anyone can paint, anything they want.

We looked up custom paint by numbers and found a few Etsy stores selling them but they were way overpriced and most of them didn't even come with the canvas on a frame. So we looked around and talked to a bunch of suppliers, eventually we managed to produce custom paint by number kits cheaper then anywhere else and already framed (you can still order them without a frame but we found most people want them ready to go out of the box).

I know Cambridge is on the outskirts of the Madison area, but downtown is only a 30min drive away (20min from the east side)! My wife and I spent nearly 3 years here while I finished college downtown, but we had to move from this apartment due to a job opportunity.

It's a great place! The building is right next to Lake Ripley Park with lots of trees surrounding the building so you can't see it from the main roads. It's very private! Cambridge has a lot of cute shops downtown, several nice bars/restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment, there are a lot of good walking/hiking trails nearby, and the neighbors are super friendly. We still keep in touch with a few of them!

• Rent is $1500/month plus gas/electric (AC and Furnace new as of 2 years ago)
• Landlords cover water/sewage/yard work and are very responsive to maintenance requests
• Pets are allowed
• You get your own single car garage with extra parking around the building

This loft is on the 3rd floor of the Blackhawk trails apartments (38K loft - top floor) in West Madison (near Middleton). It has a gorgeous view of the park across the street, 1 bed, 1.5 baths, an underground parking spot, a secured storage locker in addition to the immense storage options already in the apartment. There is a washer/dryer in unit, a dishwasher, and a freezer with an ice maker. The apartment complex has a plethora of amenities including a pool, a well equipped work out room, tons of puppies to pet, a dog agility park, and occasional events with free food and entertainment.

On a personal note- I’ve loved living here. I’m moving away due to my partners employment but there was a serious consideration to move things around to stay here for the apartment alone. I work from home and the times I’ve looked out the window to families and dogs playing in the park bring me endless joy. Hi everyone! I have 1 bedroom in a 2Bd/1Ba apartment up for sublease starting mid September (possibly the 19th or later). I would pay for September’s rent, so you essentially get a few weeks for free! I have to relocate for a new job and I’m looking to get this room filled quickly. The room is the larger of two rooms in the unit, shared kitchen, living space, and bathroom- there’s also a balcony! Laundry is free in the basement, Wi-Fi is provided by the complex, all you have to pay is half of the electric bill (which ranges from $30-50/month). I’m willing to leave some furniture in the room for very cheap - the other areas are already furnished!

The unit is near Fitchburg and exit 260, right off of Fish Hatchery. Right on the B bus line, close to the south transfer point. Rent is $648/ month and the lease runs until July 31, 2025. You won’t find much of a better deal in Madison than this. Roommate is a wonderful person - super easy going, works full time, and is super involved with music here in Madison.
