I picked up one of their Lairg coats last year with the intention of using it for outdoor work when the weather is bad, but, and maybe this is just a shallow thing, I'm wondering if it was made in Scotland like I've heard Hoggs stuff is supposed to be, but I can't find many direct references to this being the case. I see nothing about country of manufacture on the inner label of the jacket. Amazon's description says 'Made in China', but I've no idea where they're getting that from. Hoggs' website says they're based in Britain but not where things are actually manufactured. I assume this information is accessible somewhere, but I just don't know where to look. Any help?
You can get an extra £5 off a £25 shop by using GET5 for this weekend only. This is funded by Etsy and helps support sellers manufacturing products in the UK.
My little start up blacksmithing shop is https://ukhandmadebyholmes.etsy.com

Looking for trainers that are manufactured in the UK. The only ones I can find are New Balance’s UK range and Walsh’s but I was hoping to see if there are other options?
Looking for a carry on suitcase for flights preferably made from aluminium. Can't find any when searching, there are some UK companies selling luggage but the products themselves are made elsewhere.
Want to buy Christmas gifts: looking for clothing, bags (laptop/messenger), accessories, etc. Fairly flexible on budget. Any recommendations on brands with good reputations?
What are some large scale consumer items still manufactured in Britain? I'm thinking along the lines of Dualit toasters, Corby trouser press, Henry hoovers, William Whitley scissors, Kaymet trays. Not so much artisan products or generic 'Savile Row suits.' Also not British companies that actually make things abroad (E.g. Roberts Radios).
I am looking at starting a shirt company and would like the shirts to be made in Britain. I have had meeting with a few manufacturers but am struggling to factories in this country.
I would only be ordering 50-100 to start with.
Does anybody know of anyone manufactures?
I'm not British, but I do love raising awareness of products with good build quality no matter where they are made and the designs coming from Britain are certainly not uninspired.

Do suggest additions even if they're only mostly and not 100% manufactured in Britain for PCs.
