Hello! MV AUGUSTA is famous for its power models and for the marvelous design. But it's famous for its frequent problems and issues.
The situation is getting better with recent models? I refer in particolar to Brutale 800 R and 800 RR !
Thanks!
So I have had this 2013 1090rr for about 3 weeks now. 25k miles old dude used to own it. Replaced the radiator on it so far no other issues until today.
Went on a 30 min ride bike was up to temp good to go then all of a sudden gauge cluster started to flash weird stuff and every time I gave it gas it cut off.
This normally happens when the bike is still too cold to run (at least I think it’s supposed to happen) but it continued for a couple minutes until I took out the key turned it on let it run for a bit then was good. My buddy says replace the battery I have no idea. Seems to run fine when I give it some time to sit then slowly rev it up. Any ideas as to what it could be or what I should do?
(Also my tacometer meter is super off for some reasons shows super low anyone know how to fix that?)
Using the CF Moto V4 engine that's been 'teased'?
https://www.cycleworld.com/motorcycle-news/cfmoto-v-4-engine-and-teases-1000cc-superbike/
CF Moto makes engines for KTM.
KTM 'owns MV Agusta.
CF Moto releases pics of a V4 engine
KTM/MV hint about MotoGP.
MV CxO hints about a new F4.
So.....perhaps???
There are very cool new features for those who want to know what is running on their bikes, rather than being locked out by a dyno tuner who seems to think they're some magical wizard with secrets no one can know.
Both are fun but nothing gets the looks quite like the F4
Hello all, I'm poking around for a new bike and discovered the absolutely beautiful Superveloce.
I've been looking at 2 dealers near me (Indianapolis and Pittsburgh) whom both have Superveloce inventory, but the pricing confuses me. New 2023 and even 2022 (brutales) are still listed at MSRP. Does MV lock dealer pricing?
Curious about anyone's buying experience. I feel like a 2023 going into 2025 should be heavily discounted, but I could be entirely wrong.
Thank you!
Friends, I am considering buying a 2023 TV. Any of you have first hand ownership experience with them? I’ve got a Super Veloce and a Brutale and I really like the look of it and I could use something like it for commuting. Not looking for an off-road monster but I very much enjoy the around town manners and handling of the ADV bikes.
What's up guys. The opportunity has arisen to possibly get ahold of a 2008 Brutale 910R Corse. It's a very beautiful bike, has around 14k miles, QD slip ons, and some other upgrades. It checks a ton of my boxes, but info seems very limited on the interwebs! It seems the R isn't much different besides the brakes and wheels and other bits and bobs, but it seems the Corse adds some carbon bits and a different exhaust?
I'm very intrigued by this machine, and it look wonderful in the garage with my M1100s, it'll be a carbon fiber party haha.
One of my main things I'm after is value. I'm looking to trade, and I'm kinda left here taking the owners word as there's just no info out there on these which is a bit concerning, it makes me wonder about parts availability etc. The bike itself seems solid and reliable, and exactly my style. But I sure would love to find out some more about it and it's value. Thanks guys!
Does anyone know what is the correct tire pressure for an Agusta Brutale 800? The tires don’t say anything. Thanks
I have my F3 stored in my office, nice and dry however I'd like to cover the bike. I have a cover for the F4 but not for the F3. Anyone has recommendations where to get a silver/red indoor cover for the F3? Either factory original or quality after market.
A quick Google didn't get me the results I was hoping for. Only found some in the IS, but looking for the EU.
So, I was looking at the Brutale 1000RR, and I found used examples in great condition with less than 1k miles that are going for well below the purchase price like $23k which is insane for a $37k bike. Is this just depreciation? I found a used Nurburgring that was sold for $33k! That crazy for such an awesome brand. I know depreciation happens to high value bikes and cars but this much? I assumed that MVs hold value or appreciate in price, like Koenigseggs or Bugattis because MVs are the motorcycle equivalents of hypercars right?
Hi guys, a question to more MV experienced folk. Recently I bought the Brutale RR and overall I live it. The thing which makes me question the bike is the steering. It's a bit twitchy and I feel like not super stable in tight corners. Is that normal and just an attribute of short wheel base and very aggressive stance or is something wrong with the bike. On bigger corners it's way more stable but I expected the bike to be more "flickable".
I've owned many bikes and never had similar experiences except some super aggressive sport bikes like Ducati 1098.
🙏
In the spring of 2025 I want to buy my first motorcycle and I want a new one, I looked for dozens of reviews on different types of motorcycles and I was left to choose between yamaha mt 09 sp, bmw s1000r or mv agusta dragster brutale 800r, honestly I want mv agusta because it's something else, so I want you to tell me and give me some advice about how ok the dragster 800r is for long rides and how reliable is the engine. I can't find anywhere to read about the reliability of this model! thank you!
This is long overdue, but if you’re in the DMV and willing to drive a bit I’d highly recommend fusion cycle in VA and looking for Sam Dickson. He owns an Agusta himself and did great work on mine and I will personally be driving the 3 hours to have him work on her again. I’d trust him and any of the gentlemen there with any of my bikes. Just putting this out there to thank him for his work and I know it’s hard to find places that can work on these beauties.
For anyone wondering I have a 2013 F3 675
Hey guys,
The manual of my Agusta 2018 F3 doesn’t mention anything about oil and air filters. What do you guys use? Street use.
Thanks in advance.
3…2…1… go!!
