Looking to ship from online stores to an FFL. Who has the lowest prices for transfers in the STL city/county area?
I know that to purchase a handgun privately you have to have it transfered at a licensed FLL dealer, but Can a Kansas resident purchase a rifle privately from a MO resident without having to go through an FLL?
I am so glad I moved across the river to this fine state. I have been able to purchase multiple threaded-barrel pistols plus any kind of rifle I want. I just wish there was some way we could remove certain items from the NFA list nationally! Does anyone else love living in Missouri?
We have tons of dynamic shooting events for handguns (USPSA, IDPA, Steel challenge, etc) but outside of x2 run n gun events, I'm not seeing very many rifle competitions on practiscore, let alone anything dynamic (IE not just shooting from a bench).
Anyone know of any clubs or venues that have rifle shooting comps in Missouri?
I'm in the CoMo area but will go anywhere in the state.
I'm interested in purchasing a Grand Power but I'd like to hold it in my hand first. Anyone know of gun stores in/around St. Louis that have any Grand Powers in stock?
I’m in the military and stationed overseas, I also have a Kansas ID. My home of record is in Missouri now. Is there anyway I’d be able to purchase a firearm while on leave in Missouri or am I shit out of luck?
Looking for information on the area in and around Warsaw. How’s the Sheriff and local government on gun ownership.
I have no idea where to sell my extra parts for my p320. I've got several oe parts from my full size 320 and a LXG/TXG grip module with a couple different magwells for the x frame and the AXG frame. Anyone have any suggestions?
I’m curious about the laws when carrying a handgun in your car in Missouri. I’m new to owning a gun and just want to make sure I’m doing things the right way. I’ve tried googling it to get a better understanding but I’m getting conflicting information.
I am recently of age to purchase a handgun here in Missouri. I have done some research and found what I would like. One problem, my driver's license has the address of my parent's home and not my address. I am a college student living in an apartment during the school year. ATF form 4473 required my current address and an ID showing that address. I do not have that. Could you let me know what your suggestions are? Should I use my parent's address?
Can Missouri residents purchase firearms in Arkansas? I am finding mixed results online.
Anyone on here north of Platte city know of a place that I can get my big precision build that I just finished putting together out over 100yrd I would like to get over 500 seeing as it is 308 I know I'm capable of the 1200 area on factory loads.
Looking to shoot my wwII 30 carbine this weekend. Needing some magazines..would love to buy local if anyone knows where to look. Thanks.
These are typically shot with off the shelf rifles @ 200 yards not accurized National Match style rifles. So A1/A2/A4 20" rifles or M-Forgies as well as M1 Carbines, regular off the shelf M1A's, FALs, G3's, CETME's, even AK-47/74. I would like to get back into that style of matches but really don't want to get into the craziness of handloading or buying black hills match ammo.
Interesting that they have Killdozer packages, simple Amazon AR builds with paint and “cool” boxes, their mascot looks like an average Springfield resident, and they literally purchased the property with the largest (130’) flagpole in the area from the Herion Company. It just feels fishy. I wouldn’t want my face anywhere near their CCTV and that’s the main thing that has kept me out of there. Does anyone else feel this way?
Hi all. I just moved to stl area and looking for an outdoor shooting park. will do some drills and drawing from holster. Any recommendations?
That means what ever Winchester M193 & M855 are on the shelves is what's going to be available for the foreseeable future. Glad I just took delivery of another 1000 rounds last week.
Hi I'm looking at options for installing a private indoor range in jackson county. Does anyone have experience or info on this? This is eastern jackson county, inside Blue Springs. The municipal code doesn't list anything related to shooting ranges.
Does anyone know if the CoMo area has an airsoft following? Through MU or not, I'd like to get out and test my kit since I don't feel like forking over the dough for a Green Valley membership.
Looking for indoor range recommendations in the St. Louis area. I usually go to Top Gun in Arnold, which is fine range wise but since the range and gun store split it’s not the same. On Target in Valley Park was nice but closed years ago. Ideally with a good rental and sales floor?
I found a range somewhere in the Kansas City area last year after moving to KC that was an outdoor range in some state park I believe that had rifle ranges out to 200 yards, and golf carts to go down range, sand bags and spotting Scopes if you didn't have your own. However I'm having trouble finding it again. Does anyone know the name of this range?
