Hi everybody. I'm a PhD student who works on improving sports safety gear to reduce impact injuries/pain in sports like bicycling.
You can help me by filling out a very short (1-2 minutes) survey here:

I appreciate your time in advance!
Curious about technical trails and beer in around St. Louis. Not familiar with the city feeling like it’s somewhere I should check out being that it’s only five hours away.
I am looking for skilled MTB rider who could teach me few skills like cornering, clearing jumps and overall technique.
My family loves to bike. We utilize the trail system here at home in Northwest Arkansas on the regular. We have a 4 and 6 year old. I’ve heard there are some fun trails in MO along a route where we could stay in a bed and breakfast...maybe among some of the wineries? Thinking about a possible trip for spring. Probably a 2 night situation. Any advice and recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
