Drafted over a couple of months in early 2015. Contribution from many members across the model world. RMUN was sadly short lived.
The scheduling tried to be balanced.

Looking back, a fair selection of those users were dupes so it was very unbalanced!

June 2015 an MHoC member, /u/RachelChamberlain, designed and generated these stunning templates for a companion website to MHoC.
You can see them here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-phbu5YnpREfk5SU2RIWXktWXBwX09lNkdWY25xb3M2eEZaaDM4OE4wNjZmVkVWV25LSzQ
At the time this never went further than these initial concepts. MHoC is full of very talented individuals!

I believe this was the first or second document. Several collaborators from across the party spectrum.
Found while archiving some other subreddits, back when individual party websites were popular.

Throwback.
5 years soon wooooo - stay tuned.
Oh how far things have come...
Here it is, in all its glory - https://imgur.com/c2Tmg9b
A tradition, upheld for a few years, where the Speaker at the time would write a speech - akin to the RL Queen's Speech - talking about the year and plans. The very first speech, which can be found on the Stranger's Bar (I will link it here soon), contained a rather lengthy bullet point list for things to do in 2015. Here is the list:
• Launch the House of Lords
• Launch the Model United Nations
• Launch the Model European Parliament
• Implement stricter rules regarding cessation
• Bring focus back to MHOC subreddits rather than skype conversations to make new members feel more included
• Publish a ‘new members guide’ for all new recruits to read through
• Increase the number of MPs
• Increase the number of house wide committees
• Increase the number of officially recognised APPGs
• Ask every MP to write a piece of legislation relating to problems faced in the area they were elected to represent
• Implement advisor roles for the Government
• A justice system to deal with disputes/cheating
• Stronger relations and interaction with ModelUSGov
• A system to generate responses and consequences for all legislation passed
• Force all future bills to include costings
• Launch a Model Economy
The list itself is a massive throwback. Together, we achieved nearly every item on the list. Not all were meant to be and certainly not all lasted until today.
This was in a local excel file before becoming an online sheet. Here it is: https://imgur.com/hR6two2
Bit more digging uncovered the first - definitely unpublished (I hope) - version of the spreadsheet : https://imgur.com/gzBYgB8 This sheet was dated Sept 2014 whereas the other is October 2014.
Here you can see the subreddit in July 2014: https://web.archive.org/web/20140704204347/http://www.reddit.com/r/MHOC
A mere 110 'Honorable Persons' had subscribed to the subreddit. I fondly remember being chastised by someone for using 'Honorable' instead of 'Honourable'.
The Article was enacted as below, with a single member in charge of enforcement to begin with.
Article x: Parliamentary Language
Parliamentary language must be observed at all times on all public MHOC subreddits and all official Government or Opposition subreddits. A Public subreddit is defined by this Article as any subreddit that does not require approval from one of the subreddit’s moderators to access.
This Article only affects public and official Government or Opposition subreddits. This Article does not affect private conversations between Members on Party subreddits, Skype, or any other private means of communication.
In all instances members are advised to think before they act.
A.Guidelines to be observed by Members in absence of comment from the Speaker. The Speaker has the ultimate power to determine - in all instances - what is and what is not Parliamentary language. These guidelines may be suspended by the Speaker at any time, for any length of time. These guidelines may be subsequently reinstated by the Speaker at any time, for any length of time.
i] Discourse is to be conducted primarily in English.
ii] Profanity is strictly forbidden.
iii] Personal attacks on Members are strictly forbidden.
B. The Amendment procedure for Article X, Section A. The following procedures are only relevant for Article X, Section A. Article X, Section A may be appended or otherwise changed by the Speaker following formal consultation with the Constitutional Committee. Any amendments or other changes to this Section require support of more than two thirds of the Constitutional Committee, demonstrated by a vote within the Constitutional Committee to be conducted by its Chair. No amendment or change to this Section may be made without demonstrated support of the Constitutional Committee. Any amendments or changes to this Section may be rejected by a vote in the House, to be presented as a Motion entitled ‘Rejection of Amendment to Article X Section A’. Such Motions may be put to the House after any length of time following the relevant amendment or change.
C. This Section recommends punishments to be executed for breaches of the guidelines in Section A, or otherwise failing to use Parliamentary language.
The Speaker has ultimate power to decide on any punitive measures, these may include:
i] Recommended retraction of comments from Members.
ii] Deletion of comments from Members.
iii] Removal of Members from the House for any length of time, up to and including permanent suspension.
iv] Any other punishment deemed appropriate by the Speaker.
D. Members may appeal punishments issued under Section C of this Article.
i] Appeals must be submitted to the Speaker within 72 hours of the Speaker issuing the relevant punishment.
ii] Appeals must be submitted by the Member who the punishment most directly affects, or on this Member’s behalf by – when present – the Member’s Party Leader.
iii] The Speaker is not compelled to respond to appeals.
E.Procedure for historic violations of this Article
i] All violations of this Article prior to its enactment on (dd/mm/yyyy) are not directly punishable.
ii] Historic violations of this Article may be used as additional evidence when the Speaker considers punishment for subsequent offences, this includes behaviour prohibited by this Article that occurred prior to this Article’s enactment on (dd/mm/yyyy). Punitive actions taken on these grounds are not considered direct punishment.

I'm not sure if these results are before or after verification/checking but some are quite close!
I think the method was FPTP and as tradition back then, there is a Jacktri/dupe in each party - not discovered until years later.

I'm not sure of the creator of the next three images unfortunately, but they would have been early members.

And there is another image, created by myself I think (the eccentric graphical choices make me think its one of mine) on the first day of the subreddit. Here it is: https://imgur.com/KeCIbGb Due to its low-res I think this was for the top part of the sidebar, also it shows colours for 5 parties but it was decided to only start with 3 so the image wasn't used.
All of the header images were elegant and really gave a touch of class to the new subreddits. My thanks to those who produced them.

The first post went to /r/ukpolitics and the second went to /r/unitedkingdom a few hours later.
If I recall correctly, every commenter (bar one) from the ukpolitics post joined the subreddit.

Hey, thought I'd dump some random stuff I've got from my year or so here thats relevant to the archive.
If anyone wants to add anything to MHOCArchive please just drop us a modmail and we'll get around to adding it. Whether its a secret document or a not very well seen public one. Please get the document owners/users permission.

I'm still vetting some more stuff to dump, waiting for users permissions.
We were going to use this subreddit to host back bench MP exclusive debates and other events. This was proposed because to increase interaction, beyond voting, by some of the back bench MPs. It was also an attempt to provide an incentive to become an MP without necessitating a cabinet position in order to have 'extra' things to do.

An idea that, sadly, never took off. At the time there was a push for MPs of each region to come together and collaborate on legislation related to issues facing their constituency. If successful, it was intended to be a justification for the constituencies existing.
