Has anyone used Leafwell to get their medical card or to get their medical card renewed? They are asking me for the last four digits of my SSN and that seems sketchy to me. Is this common practice among providers?
Use of Medical Cannabis to Treat Anxiety Jefferson Anxiety Study Link
The goals of this study are to understand what levels of anxiety are experienced by individuals using cannabis, how people track their use of cannabis, and how they are affected by cannabis use.
Hello,
I used my passport to register my MMJ card since my license has an old address. Do I need to always bring my passport with me? Or is my drivers license OK? Do they xfer my MMJ card (address on file) with my drivers license?
TIA
Searched and found only old info. Currently where is the best new medical patient discounts? Leafy has some info, but I’m looking for the best of Reddit’s insiders to help!
Hello!
We just wanted to remind all current or prospective patients in the medical marijuana program that a new regulation was put in place on April 2021 allowing certain individuals to be certified for 2 years, as opposed to the usual 1-year certification. While that certification can last for 2 years, the registration online with the CCC still has to be renewed every 1-year. The 2-year certification will not cost you extra.
You may be eligible for a 2-year certification if:
- You receive Supplemental Security Income;
- You receive Social Security Disability Income;
- You are permanently disabled;
- You have a terminal illness;
* Must present proof*

I see a lot of dispensaries offer the $200 discount punch card or something similar. Do people just bounce from one dispensary to the next to get the discounts or is it limited to a certain time period after you get your new MMJ card?
Sorry I come from a state that had MMJ but gave no discounts so it's cool seeing that MA actually does and is tax free.
Researchers at McLean Hospital are conducting an online survey study about the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on medical cannabis use.
The survey takes 10-15 minutes- to participate, click here: https://redcap.partners.org/redcap/surveys/?s=FERWTKTHXW

Hi,
I just moved to Massachusetts from Ohio. I have my Ohio MMJ card and qualified under chronic migraines and headaches (from a TBI I had in the military). I know Massachusetts has the "Other debilitating conditions as determined in writing by a certified physician" but am I going to have issues qualifying for a med card here? I'm still waiting on my appointment to get my MA Drivers license so I can't schedule an appointment yet.
I live on mid cape. I'm looking to go no further than like new Bedford or anywhere within 45 mins. I've been to all dispos on cape cod I think
So I saw that my medical certification was about to expire and I’m up for renewal. I renewed myself on the MMJ website, and have an appointment scheduled for a couple of days from now. however, I just received my new card in the mail with a new expiration date for next year. Does this mean I can skip my canna-care appointment/not have to pay the renewal fee? Or do I still have to go to it/pay?
Sorry if this is asked alot, I just joined. I have a card but I never hear or see of any clones available. Just wondering if people know about something I don't? Thanks.
Insomnia patient needs late nite dispensary. Any in MA ? Also asked in Boston trees. Often not prepared when insomnia hits would be nice to have some options!
Hello fellow Massachusetts stoners. Since cannabis became legal in the Commonwealth my tolerance has risen, and it is risen especially quickly during Covid times. I am starting to consider using more concentrates or oils but my first question is, are oils and concentrates more economically advantageous?
My primary hesitation is that I am of the opinion that once I go up to oils and concentrates, then regular flour will have no impact on me.
My secondary question is really about economics as stated above, are oils more economical than flower.
Could use some advice about delivery systems and economics. I have used pax pods for years now so I am talking about going a level up above that
Thanks all
today, 11/30 the commission approved several changed to the massachusetts marijuana laws
I’m looking for the portal where MA med patients can see past purchases at dispensaries. Thank you!
In Good Health “Nano” spray
Has any one used this? It’s a 1:1 formula, each spray is 0.5mg, 20ml bottle. Available at a few places for around $35.
Curious what opinions and experiences are, the ultra-discreetness and ease of dosing looks appealing.
I'm currently employed but looking for new work in the corporate world. I'm currently a medical marijuana patient in Massachusetts and am wondering if it is possible to be denied a job if I were to receive and fail a pre-employment drug test if testing positive for marijuana only. This would be for a job in Massachusetts.
I've tried reading up on this online and wasn't able to get a clear answer. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration!
A year ago I got banned from /r/BostonTrees for a post I made when when I was blackout drunk. I feel really bad about it to the point where I quit drinking for good. Need a favor here. Can someone put in a good word with the Bostontrees mods and help me get unbanned if possible.
NETA down to a handful of strains. Same with GR Newton, Liberty, or just about any dispensary within MBTA access . Supply dwindling at GR Marlboro and Temescal.
Thankfully there’s still supply at Good Chemistry but you’re going to have to brave the lines and parking there
My mom has some autoimmune issues and I'd like her to see a doctor with experience in that particular area. Any suggestions? Southeastern MA would be most convenient, but she'll travel for the right practitioner.
