I’m sure I’m too late to the game for this year but does anyone have a youth basketball league they’d recommend for a kindergartener?

My neighbors are all not celebrating Halloween for various reasons and hence not giving out candy. Any suggestions for good neighborhoods in the area to go trick or treating in around 6-7?

Graham went missing last night from my dad's house on 211th st sw, across the street from the Safeway/Albertsons on 44th ave w.

He was scheduled for grooming this weekend, so his hair is long and matted, and he's not currently wearing a collar. He does however have a chip.

He has one front tooth that hangs and one ear up with the other ear down. He's an old but athletic fella who's intimidated by men he doesn't know.

It's been a tough year for us, we lost my brother a couple months ago. We're trying to not revisit trauma of scouring streets for him.

I was planning on getting a Douglas fir removed from my property and kinda didn’t wanna pay for wood haul away. Wondering folks would be interested in picking it up for free for their use.

Can anyone recommend a good doctor in the Lynnwood area? Specifically one who actually listens, actually cares, and treats patients like they are humans with lives and feelings and not numbers. Also one who doesn’t talk down to women, is at least semi competent, and isn’t fat phobic. (I understand health related issues around weight, that’s not what I’m talking about)

I had an amazing doctor but she left. I’ve been to 3 other doctors since and they’ve all been HORRIBLE!!! I’m autistic and I have really bad doctor trauma and weight related trauma. Everyone I’ve seen lately has just made it worse.

I have some moderately urgent health issues and really need medical help. TIA

I'm looking for trails with mountain views nearby (10-15 miles drive is ok). I see the mountains when I'm driving around but haven't had any luck on having a mountain view in the walking trails. Maybe there aren't any like that close by? But I thought I'd ask anyway!

For 9 years I have lived in northgate seattle. Now a days I spend most of mmy free time in Lynnwood. One of my favorite places to hang out is the nordstrom coffee bar at alderwood mall.

I'm a begginer when it comes to running and would love to join a group. I currently run 3 times a week and use the nike running app. I would like to start running 4 times a week, my mile time is around 1140 and I am looking to improve it.

Okay, maybe not all of you, but I've lived in Lynnwood my whole life and wow, the quality of drivers in the area is at an all time low. Here are a few tips.

1. Get off your f**king phone when driving.
2. PAY ATTENTION. If you're at a stop light, watch the dang light! I can't tell you how many times I see people not paying attention at green lights.
3. If you're trying to merge into a lane, look at that lane, not the opposite direction. (Looking at you lady at costco -_-).
4. Don't be polite, be predictable. Don't slam on your brakes to let someone into your lane.

Rant over. Down vote me if you like, just please drive better and put down your phone. PLEASE.

Yesterday we stopped at a stop sign in Bothell and got rear ended at 30mph. Our 6mo has a minor bruise on his face and there’s food and coffee plastering the inside of our brand new leased car. In utter confusion I get a picture of the other party’s insurance (expired), a picture of a picture of their driver’s license (did not have it on hand), and snap a pic of their license plate. They get pictures of our insurance and driver’s license.

They drive off and I focus on helping my wife make sure our kid is okay. My wife was driving and I didn’t realize I accidentally forgot to get her driver’s license back from the other party before they took off.

Within a couple hours we go to Seattle Children’s Urgent Care in Everett, and everything seems fine with the kiddo. There are no other injuries, so we call it a day and decide to sort everything out the next day.

I’m looking for advice on how to proceed, I did not:

1. Call the police at the time of the accident. Didn’t know I was supposed to

2. File any report yet, I don’t know where to start. I found the WA collision report website, but I don’t know if I should fill it out or if law enforcement should. I also don’t know if I should go to a Lynnwood police dept or a Bothell one. I live in unincorporated SnoCo, does that mean I need to go to the sheriff? We have no interest in getting the other party in trouble, we just want to cover our bases from an insurance/fault perspective.

3. Contact Toyota (our lease company) for repair costs. Car is brand new (less than 1 week), and I’m afraid this incident will impact our lease history with Toyota. We’ve never been in an accident before.

Update 1: I created a report with WA state, included all the info I had. Created a claim online with my insurance and waiting for a call back. Maybe during business hours.

Does anyone know a good spot for permanent makeup or eyelash extensions near Alderwood Mall? I did some searching and came across a place called Perfection BY RIRI. It’s a new business, but I checked out their Instagram, and their work looks pretty solid. Their website is also really professional, which is always a good sign! I’m thinking of giving them a try, but since they’re new, I’d love to hear if anyone else has recommendations or has tried them out. Open to other options too if anyone has favorites nearby!

I’ve been taking the light rail from Lynnwood a few times per weeks since late August. I have two children that I drop off in the mornings in Edmonds and can’t get to the parking garage any earlier than 8 am. I’ve run across several issues when navigating the parking process. Is it only me?

1. Perhaps I’m navigationally challenged, but I seem to get lost frequently when trying to find my parked car. I take a photo the stall number and the floor I’m on and yet I still get turned around.
2. Why doesn’t this garage have signs to direct people to where they need to go? Maybe I’m not seeing them?
3. on Tuesday’s if I get to the garage after 8 am, there is almost zero parking.

Any thoughts, suggestions, rants, anything to help me have a better experience with finding parking?

Concerned future parent here. I'm seeing Lynnwood (particularly Alderwood Manor side) has a lot of really expensive homes, but the elementary schools have really poor ratings: Cedar Way Elementary (5/10), Hazelwood (4/10). Why is this? Are these schools really that bad or is something else going on?

Do you see any improvements happening to these scores over the next few years (with light rail and future development in the area etc)? Is there anything we can do to improve these ratings and the school experience for our children?

I recently went into the Lynnwood Donut factory and they had the cheapest buckets & I wanted to tell yall about it. $5 for a large bucket. Reallly good. I paint a lot so getting buckets for this cheap was awesome.
