Hi, my girlfriend and I are taking a trip to Switzerland at the beginning of February for her 30th birthday. We will be in Luzern February 6th-8th. Friday, February 7th is her actual birthday and the day I would like to make her feel incredibly special. We are booked to stay at Hotel Flora but would like some local perspective into finding some fun and unique things to do throughout the day and night.

We love a good view, always looking for live music or a place with games to interact with others. As much as we love a good view we truly cherish good people so if there are any local owners/bartenders/servers that would make our day give them a shoutout here. Please note that we won't be looking to make the trip up the mountain as we will have been in the mountains for a few days prior.

Hello. My wife and I will be traveling to Switzerland in December. We will be taking a train from Austria and staying in the Lucerne area for 4 days, before flying home from Zurich.

While we are in Lucerne, we want to explore the region around there. Interlaken, Bern, Grindelwald, etc.

So my question is regarding the travel passes. The Swiss travel pass for 4 days is over $700 USD for both of us. Is it worth it?

I saw the TellPass is much cheaper and covers just the Lucerne area but the map they provide is VERY confusing to me. I can't tell if it will cover trips to Interlaken or Bern, for example. I really can't tell anything from it.

Hoping someone can help me out here and give me some suggestions on the best travel pass for our trip, or if we should just pay full fares for each ride. Thank you!

Für einen Freund möchte ich einen Schlüsselanhänger reparieren lassen. Er ist einfach aus Metall (nicht Silber) und hat wohl grundsätzlich nicht viel Wert. Für den Freund hat er aber grossen ideellen Wert, da es ein Geschenk der verstorbenen Grossmutter ist.

Der Haken oben ist abgebrochen, wo der Schlüsselring reinkäme. Ich sehe zwei Möglichkeiten: neuen Haken anbringen oder einen Abdruck machen und neu anfertigen. Beides kann ich selbst nicht.

Wisst ihr wer in Luzern so etwas macht?

War schon bei Goldschmid Stutz, aber die reparieren nur Edelmetalle. Und ein Nachguss aus Silber ist leider mit ca. CHF 500 zu teuer.
