Made this picture from 2 1/8 second exposures, would be interested in learning more abortus high voltage photography if anyone has some advice

2 second exposure after the sun set.
Seen on Facebook. I've never seen anything like that so I think it is sus, but I have been told it could be a long exposure. What do you think?
