Hello, can anyone teach me how can I assign a DPI button but without removing any functionalities already existing on the mouse buttons, maybe if I can somehow use a keyboard button. Any1 knows if that's possible?
As the title says, just got my new G915X. Aside from plenty of things that have been mentioned before, I really want to emphasize how much sturdier the keys feel. The wobble and texture of the new model is very much an improvement. Also... They added a socket to store the USB dongle in the back. How do they think of these revolutionary things that were technologically impossible to do on the previous model!? True pioneers.
So I fell asleep last night with my PC left on, came back to my mouse acting strange restarted the PC and nothing changed; Tried some 'EPP' fix but nothing changed.
Is there any solutions? the only other fix i've seen is it randomly started working fine. ha
edit: fast not face... oops
I've tried to clean the sensor but no idea how successful that was.
Hi guys,
So my G915 TKL would switch to a weird lighting mode, where only WASD and a few other keys are lit, whenever I switch to a game that it doesn't recognize (e.g. FF14). Because there's no profile option for it so I can't config it anyway, and I've tried to click around the other options but I can't seem to find an option to hard lock the lighting profile across all apps.
The only workaround I've discovered so far is to select a fixed color mode and write it to on-board memory, which will lock the color. However, this won't help for freestyle colors as I also don't find an option to write freestyles to board memory.
Would greatly appreciate if anyone could help me figure out how to lock the lighting profile. Thanks!
anybody know how to fix this? or is my mouse defective? makes gaming unplayable
I Got my 602 should i upgrade or keep using it ?
I was playing games and now my scroll selector that either allows or prevents the scroll wheel from spinning freely now seems to be stuck in the lock position. The button still presses in and out (with a lot less resistance) but does not actually do anything. Anyone know how to fix this or do I have to figure out how to take the mouse apart?
Not sure if I should return everything and buy again? Or if support will refund me the difference? I bought the logitech pro wheel, pedals, shifter pack, I got a small discount and thought that was right but it wasn't the 15%, I am a student, not only did that not apply but there is a discount for simply stacking the products of 15% as well. When I add everything to the cart right now it's $150 less to buy everything, which is a large enough discount to consider returning everything if I can't get it honored. Anyone been in this situation? I would love for them just to refund me the difference, do they do that? I am within the return period for another couple days.
Hello all! I’m looking into getting a Logitech racing sim and found one online but it’s the g29 se. Is there a difference between the g29 and the g29 se? I’m trying to play both on pc and on ps4. Thanks!
So I’m looking to buy my first keyboard and mouse and for mouse I had these two options in mind.
I can find the Gen 1 version sold locally for about $60 and the Gen 2 I can get for around $95 with my employee discount at a retailer.
Should I get the cheaper option or just buy the newest version?
So i smacked my logitech g pro wireless on the table and it stopped working... Has someone had the same experience as me and did you fix it or should i just get a new one.
I'm using a Blue Yeti X mic and I'm trying to download a Custom Preset but it's not working. When I click the preset I want my web browser pops up and displays the message in the picture. What do I do?
I'm a new Logitech user. I recently switched my setup from wired to wireless because I was tired of things getting tangled.
I don't regret it. If you haven't, go wireless. It's amazing.
But now I am reliant on G Hub. Boy what a program that is. I can't even remember half the issues I had because I just don't care, I have other things to worry about. But why I'm writing this is because G Hub forced me to update, to which I sighed and obliged, and then after waiting about 5 minutes for it to do its thing, I realized something was wrong. I went into my files and G Hub had completely uninstalled itself.
Did I do something wrong during the process? Does this happen to anyone else? Will I have to do this every single update (reinstalling)? Is my computer doing stuff it shouldn't be?
I'm using a regular logitech wireless keyboard, and i have a G305 mouse. Can I unify the keyboard to G305's lightspeed receiver or is there no way to combine them? The keyboard came with an ordinary unifying receiver.
im trying to use this god damned mouse but i accedently clicked the dpi button and now its on the lowest, sniper mode. i understand what dpi is and im not trying to change the settings, i just DONT UNDERSTAND HOW TO USE THE BUTTON. everywhere ive looked it just says to hold the button to get only one line of light (snipermode/SLOW AS HELL) but i dont understand how to get it back to 3 lines or 2 even. i keep clicking it and it does something but its still only one. PLIS HELP :(
Hey, apologies for having a little moan - Just need to vent my frustration of not finding the perfect keyboard yet.
I bought a G515 a month ago (2nd hand, newish, half the RRP) after searching high and low for a tactile, low profile, PBT keycap premium keyboard - I wanted a full size one but thought I'd get a numpad separate, which I struggled to find one similar. I knew the G915 X had just been released, I heard it was very similar, apart from having the G keys that I didn't care for. I work as a Unity dev, so having a numpad is very handy. I also tried the MX Mechanical, but it didn't feel as good as the G515.
I then bought the G915 X and hoped it would be the full size G515 that I've been searching for, but the keys don't feel as good as the G515 - they're a little louder and I think the switch feels different somehow. I keep hitting the G keys on the 915X too, when looking for the control key. I've only had it 1 day and I might get used to it, but I needed to vent my frustration somewhere.
I can't seem to type on it as fast as the 515 - the G keys seem to make my peripheral vision think I need to move my hands a little so it's the same distance from the edge of the keyboard and then out comes gibberish. It's weird. I have to keep checking where my hands are a lot more than usual. Switching the lights off on the G keys has helped a little, I think, but trying to get used to a new keyboard layout, as small a change as the extra line of G keys are, after 30 years of using the same layout is not as easy as it sounds for me.
TLDR: I typed this on the G515 and I love it - feels great to type on, feels premium and I make very few mistakes, but I wish there was a full size version like the 915 X but without the G keys that mess up my typing.
Anyone else having these issues with the 915 and how did you get over them?
My headset is having trouble charging.
When it fell to 0% I put it on charge while playing and I discovered that my headset started turning off and on every 10 seconds (which it didn't do before even at 1%).
I left it charging and turning it off all night but at the morning its still at 0%, so I changed the cable, socket, sector. I reset the headset and USB, I reinstalled LGHUB, I closed LGHUB, the drivers and window are up to date but the problem persists
Another thing is that when I was using it while charging and there was not much battery, there was a little noise from the port side (left), but idk if there is a link with my problem.
Can someone know what is the problem or have some advice/idea ? Thank you in advance for your help
Had a G Pro X 2 Lightspeed for a while now and it always worked fine. No problems or white noise during normal operation. However....
I recently moved my Nintendo Switch to my PC setup. And I wanted to use AUX to MUX the Audio from the Switch together with my PC audio (for vc, music etc) but no matter which AUX cable / USB port combination I try, There is always white noise / static sound that kicks in the moment I connect the cable to the Dongle.
The cables (I tried 4 different once) all work on the own no problem. (Headset to audio port on the PC or Switch) it's just that the dongle + AUX cable causes some trouble.
BTW tried both Windows and Linux and result are the same :/
Like the title says dis keyboard aint working.. Just out of nowhere lights turn off and no response from the keys. Drivers: updated
Computer: restarted
USB Root hubs: unistalled
Usb power management on root hubs: denied
Logitech support: contacted
I also have a logitech g305 mouse and somewhat mindfuckerin is that if I have it plugged in my pc back panel and i plug the keyboard in the back panel aswel, the mouse stops working.
Anyone else had the same experience & did you manage to do something about other than having a tantrum?
As the title says, I woke up today and the headset's sound was very cracky and only "worked" propperly on certain positions (I had to tilt my head sideways to be able to hear audio at all lol). After turning it on and off several times the issue seemed to persist so I decided to take a look inside (you can remove side pannels, they are magnetically attached) and after removing the battery from its slot, I was able to spot the issue. It appears that the wires that connect the battery and the board shorted and I could see that the electrical tape that surrounded all 3 wires (positive negative and ground) was molten and deformed and the plastic around was "dark" or "burnt". I usually leave the headphones charging over night and been doing this with previous ones and had no issues so far but seeing this issue made me kinda scared. Wonder if anyone else had this issue with this headset. (Additional context, I use the logitech G hub software to keep up to date with drivers)
I made a ticket about my mouse and they couldn t fix it for me and they said they will come in 48/72 hrs with a next level of support and maybe claim me a warranty claim. It s been 5 days it is normal ?
I had found an awesome lighting profile for my G910 Orion Spark from the community page on the G Hub app awhile back. It was an autumn theme, mostly red with orange's and yellow's drifting from left to right simulating falling leaves. It was a fantastic effect and I loved it.
However, about three months ago I built a totally new PC. Set up all my stuff, got all my accounts and programs and what not, but even though I'm using the same G Hub account, that downloaded profile isn't there. I assume it's saved to the drive and not the cloud.
I've tried finding the same one again and I swear I've looked through the entire catalogue of lighting profiles for my keyboard but I can't find it.
You get all the appreciation if you can help me find it again!
Good morning, by purchasing the TKL keyboard instead of the FULL (I'm talking about the G915X for example), how are the M and G keys replaced? They are not physically available in the smaller keyboard but can they still be programmed and used in some way? For example with a key combination?
Thank you
It dosen't work one other xbox consoles just xbox one?
I lost my usb wireless connector for my G pro a while back so was using it just plugged in. Now i have found the exact usb (i am definite) but it wont connect for some reason. Please help.
Five days ago, I bought this headset and have a problem with disconnecting from the PC approximately every 20 minutes. I've tried every option I could find: USB 2.0, 3.0, using a cable, USB power management, reinstalling G HUB, and using it completely without G HUB. Nothing helped me. I made a ticket with Logitech support three days ago, but I haven't received any response . Is there anything I can do about this problem, or is the only option to file a product complaint and hope that the new headset will work correctly? Now I'm using my old G PRO Wireless, and everything works fine.
