User u/MODC17 loaned £50 for £75 repayment. Deleted his post since then.
Sent via G&S but he complained that he needed it "urgently", so I foolishly refunded and sent via F&F.
Not the only one he's done this too, will be raising with PayPal immediately, though I hold little hope.
Communication wasn't too bad - he added Snapchat but very little recently.
Edit: PayPal refused refund so that's great. User has sent a snapchat message since this post, but as of yet (07/04) it remains unpaid.
The user u/modc17 has decided not to pay me, he is one week behind now, originally due to be back back on the 1st but he made up some excuses about his employer then it was meant to be the next day but that was a bank holiday so there are no payments into banks from employers in the UK unless you work cash in hand.
This user owes more money out to others, hid communication was... less than desirable. PayPal claim will be started shortly
Unfortunately /u/somanyquestions699 turned out to be a ghosting scumbag. Provided a lot of verification but fortunately this does mean I've now got a good excuse to set a new collections agency into action. Let me know if anyone else could do with it. Debtee pays all fees and CCJs and court proceedings are automatically handled and taken from Debtee :)
I did not want to make this and I understand that this user is going through some problems. However, user has completely stopped communicating everything. I wanted to loan this user because their history seemed like they were a good person but I am down $200 and I am not a charity. I realize I am late on making this post but I just opened a case today due to life getting in my way. Will escalate tomorrow. u/iloveluckie I know you are going through tough times but time is continuing to move on and I have ran out of patience.

Loaned user $50 for same amount (yep, no interest) due 3/31. One of two loans I did F&F...surprise surprise, both unpaid. Let that be a lesson, never again F&F.
Do not loan to users from Atlanta, GA with initials KMH and any reference to being a former teacher.
Damn shame when you try to help someone. Feeling like that South Park reference, “Goddamnit, Kyle!”

One payment through Reddit with a further top up of £20 GBP requested via Whatsapp. I satisfied both but unfortunately, the lender has become silent after repayment requested on the repayment date and day after. Claiming through PayPal.
Taken a loan of $230 USD - Should have paid 300. Ignored all lenders and currently ghosting. Claiming through PayPal.
User was communicative, but never paid. Was originally due 3/4 but user asked for a few extensions and alternate repay methods. I tried to be flexible and kind, but ultimately the user did not repay. Dispute filed. Dispute successful.
Went M.I.A on me and is past due on his loan. We had a nice streak going together as a Lender-borrower but it seems that it has come to an end. Will be opening a dispute after this post.
Loan 3/16/21 $20 USD Agreed Repayment 3/24/21 $30 USD Unpaid as of this post and u/stealingyourgirl4fun did not communicate any issues and has not responded to Reddit chat or alternative contact (Snapchat)
Not labeling him a scammer but should note this as unpaid until I hear back.

Date loaned: 1/2/2021
Amount loaned: $125
Original repayment date: 1/15/2021
Repayment amount: $160
Extended repayment date: 1/31/21
PayPal refund received: 3/26/2021
This was definitely one of the most frustrating loan experiences I've had.
The payment date came and unemployment hadn't come through for her, so we extended the repayment date to the end of January. I gave her a couple of weeks in hopes that things would get straightened out for her. In the meantime I was contacted by the lender of her undocumented loan (!) saying that she had contacted him and set up a repayment plan. I reached out to her and got nothing in response. It wasn't until I opened the PayPal dispute two days later that I finally heard from her. I got a story promising I'd get some money soon. I told her I could close the dispute if I was repaid. I never heard from her again and I had to get my money back through PayPal. I understand people go through hard times but the utter lack of transparency and communication coupled with the "promises" of being repaid really rubbed me the wrong way. The other kicker is that she's been on reddit in the last few days and I've heard crickets.

Hi all. I've been pretty down on my luck lately so I am coming here looking for a loan that I will pay back quickly. I'm going to go ahead and post the backstory here but this is my tl;dr
I'm going to start by saying that over the past two years I have done mostly delivery jobs. The only thing I have ever done and been successful at keeping my livelihood up with other than delivery jobs include landscaping but that was for a company a friend of mine owns and only very part time. I used to work a pizza delivery job but recently decided to switch to primarily Uber and Favor (Favor is only in Texas for those who don't know.) due to the fact that in my area I was making much more per hour. This seems to be making getting any type of financing tough.
In the past month, I have been through three used vehicles. The first completely crapped out. The second I got into a sort of accident with and it wasn't worth fixing. I then bought a third less than a week ago that broke down on the highway the day after I bought it through an as-is sale from a dealer.
I am out of cash and without a running vehicle now, my single credit card is near the max, and I live in Texas. To keep some sort of privacy I am just going to say in Central Texas. The only places that are close enough for me to walk to are a couple of convenient stores. Public transport is practically nonexistent where I live. I need to come up with $400 for rent in one week, and am at a loss on how to make it.
So right now I am looking for a loan that can help me with either repairs on this car, or getting a reasonable cash car so that I can start making money again. My goal is $3,000. If I get it I believe I can make payments starting next week at up to $150 a week. I'll do the math to make it easier; I'd be willing to go up to 30% total interest. That would bring the total to $3,900 and it would be paid off in about 6 and a half months at $150/week.
[PAID] Loaned u/chawx1224 $40 USD for $55 USD repayment 3/31/21
[Unpaid] u/FriendlyVictory3164
Loaned user $40 ($41.46 after eating Paypal fees) for $40 due 3/19, then extended to 3/23 (yep, did not even charge him interest). Against my better judgement, did it F&F. Never again. Do not loan to users from Wolcott, CT with initials MS and any reference to 1299 in their info. I can't imagine this raises to level of doxing so just always be sure to ask for ID folks.
That is all.
