Called a couple places in town to get a name on one hoodie, and just don't want to go with out it for a few weeks. Does any one know where I could get same or next day embroidery? Just my last name on one shoulder.
I'm following behind a school bus to get home after work, and the bus pulled over to let kids out so I stop and wait, then I noticed something. The back of the bus says no passing when lights flashing, but the lights are NEVER flashing. I don't pass by, but is it can't pass when lights flashing, or can't pass at all?
Did anyone have or see any fun costumes and/or spooky setups?
Anybody hear about this? I'm sure there's more to it than these details and everybody is innocent until proven guilty in court of law. Obviously without seeing the video, it's hard to pass proper judgment.
One Side Note: No matter what, they need to have better training, especially for folks like door people or event security in dealing with obnoxious (and potentially violent) intoxicated people.
Probably not actually high beams but am I the only that gets pissed off at that ? lol if you got bright lights at least don’t drive a foot behind the car in front of you dayum
We’ve never got a ton of trick or treaters but I was shocked that 0 showed up this year. So I have about 30 treat bags with some chocolate bars and Pokémon cards. Is there anywhere in town that could get them to underprivileged or sick kids who don’t get to go out trick or treating? Like is there a children’s unit at the hospital that could make use of them?
I’ve noticed the last couple of years, at least in London Road, that most trick or treaters stuck to the avenues and avoided the streets. Has anyone else noticed this? I can’t figure out the rationale.
My kid wants to meet his friends for trick or treating but I don't know where the "orange park" would be
So maybe someone else can help me out here, I’m trying to find out who the management is for the Apartment building named WoodRidge Manor on 23 Ave S. If some can help with that I would be greatly appreciate it.
Yes tried google and took me all over the place.
TIA
Just saw this in my general Reddit feed, why do we constantly have to have numbskulls do silly crap like this, at this rate this towns never gonna recover from one s@&t storm to the next, never mind more LRPS naughtiness with officers again and now this twit making us all seem like a bunch of true inbreds with unsafe behaviour.
Hey, Lethbridge. When you’re out trick or treating tonight, remember that the Rainbow House has full-size Skittles!
If you come by, please be sure to knock on the other doors on our street. Everyone has lots of candy, but people tend to knock on the avenues and avoid the streets.
You can find us on Google Maps.
I was in the pharmacy tonight around 8pm when I heard a woman telling you off in the next aisle. I personally found your comments interesting and somewhat amusing.
No one else in the pharmacy appeared bothered by you, the only one causing a scene was the woman you were with (your mother?) I found her comments rude, disrespectful, and cruel.
I’m sorry you have to deal with that, and just wanted you to know that you’re not alone.
I understand how hard it can be to express and regulate yourself in a world that was not built to accommodate you.
You can have a boyfriend or girlfriend. You can find community. You can be yourself in this scary world. You are not a bad person. You’re just different, and that’s okay.
I don’t know if you’ll ever see this but know that there are people out there that will understand you, people who will help you, and a place in this world for you to be your neurodivergent self without belittling you.
Please don’t give up. You are not alone in this neurotypical word.
Signed a fellow Neurodivergent 🫶🏼
If so, anyone know why?
Hi everyone
How necessary are encroachment agreements? I bought a home in which the fence is encroaching on the City of Lethbridge property.
Should I get a encroachment agreement asap or is ia something that can wait? Or would there be any negative repercussions if I don't get the agreement asap?
Thanks for your guidance on this.
As a newcomer to Lethbridge, I find the crosswalks dangerous. In other cities, there is ONE crosswalk. Take North Mayor Magrath(23rd st N) by Park Meadows school. You have a crosswalk on the south side of the Meadowlark Blvd N with flashing lights...nothing wrong with it. But on the north side of Meadowlark you have ANOTHER crosswalk, this time its just a sign. I notice this in several places around the city, 13th st, 3rd Ave south..... For out of town folks, they don't expect two crosswalks back to back. And what is up with people just thinking they can cross as soon as they hit the button? Are they suicidal? MAKE SURE THE CAR IS STOPPED BEFORE YOU CROSS, YOU WILL NOT WIN. It is up to the driver to stop, yes, but just because you have a right away doesn't mean you should just step out.
I am learning to really be careful around these double crosswalks, but it is much safer for the pedestrian if there was one place to cross safely. I have only ever seen this double crosswalk thing in Lethbridge. Be safe out there.
New night club opening in town Nov 2, 2024 at 9:30pm to 2am. Check it out at 1009 Mayor Magrath Drive South back alley.
Looking for primary residence insurance that won't ask for an arm and leg.
The buses are literally NEVER on time. I’ve been waiting twenty minutes when the lethbridge transit website said the bus would be here ten minutes ago. This is a daily reoccurring issue every time I try to take the bus. Sometimes they just never show. It’s absolutely ridiculous. How people rely on the buses here is beyond me. If anyone has advice PLEASE let me know. This is insane.
I hope it returns to nature, and becomes a taco bell again
Hi there! I’m new to Lethbridge and have a 5 month old, I’m wondering if there’s any indoor areas such as malls or other places that might do trick to treating for younger kids? It’s her first Halloween but I don’t think she’ll last going out in neighborhoods.
Thank you!
I’m not usually here for Halloween, but this year I am and wondering if there’s any events that usually happen on Halloween?
What are some adult options for advent calendars that aren’t booze? Local is great. Coffee/tea seems to be the front runners but I’d like to know what you guys are doing before I make a purchase. For my wife if that makes a difference.
Hello!
We recently adopted a golden retriever puppy and we’d like to enroll him to an obedience/ puppy class.
Do you have any recommendations? Or places to avoid?
I was looking at the one with PetSmart, anyone here had any experience with them?
I was hoping for a place that is open on the weekends or after 5 pm.
Thank you so much!

Hello 😊 My husband, daughter, and I are moving to the area by the end of November!
I understand that within 90 days of moving we need to swap our vehicle and our licenses from BC to AB. My question is whether me having my "N" is going to cause an issue swapping to an AB license, also what class of license would it translate to?
I've had my N for 8 years- I had bad anxiety about taking the full license test and then when I was ready our vehicle started acting up and I couldn't borrow one. 🤦🏽♀️
Will there be any issues transferring it over?
Thanks in advance for any advice 😊
